Verdict
It has been a long time since Willem Twee ran at this level and you don't have to go back too far to find a piece of form that would give him outstanding claims. He isn't as consistent as he once was though and, while he can't be ignored, there are safer options. Doctor Khan Junior and Talis Evolvere (second choice) are high on the list but DOWN TO THE KID arrives on a roll and he may be able to deal with the rise in class in his current vein of form.[Paul Smith]
