Verdict
Dorney Lake lingers on a dangerous mark and his latest run was a clear sign he retained ability so he needs watching, for all it might be back on turf that a full revival is staged. Mr Lightside, Stanley Spencer and Musical Touch are respected but Hundred Caps and CAJETAN may be the two to focus on. The former is reliable and arrives in good form but Cajetan has cheekpieces on for the first time since joining Ruth Carr and he is a talented sprinter on AW on his day. He didn't run as badly as the bare result would indicate last time, outpaced 2f out and then stuck behind a wall of horses, and he is now 2lb lower than when running away with a Newcastle handicap last winter.[Paul Smith]
