GENEVA QUEEN (5) Was eating up the ground late when winning last run at Matamata. Will be trying to topple them late. Can get the job done. STARLIT EXPRESS (10) Ran 5th last run at Matamata and dropping in distance. No shock to see a win. LODI DODI (6) Resumes after a break. Overrun late when 3rd beaten by 2L last start at Ellerslie and taking on easier opposition. Will be facing a significant drop in distance. Among better hopes. NEW RECRUIT (1) First up from a break of 26 weeks and romped home to win first up last preparation at Tauranga. Should race on the speed. Has drawn the rails. Expect to go close.
