Prominent showing expected and won't be far off them. LOTUS (6) Mediocre performance when 6th last start around here but matched against less formidable competition. Shows good early pace. Drawn the rails. Include in chances. PRINCIPLED (7) Finished 6th last time at Pukekura. Happy to overlook that run and have to respect the form at the distance. Competing in a less challenging grade. Ticks plenty of boxes and looks like value . RUDYARD (3) Placed 2nd last run around here and facing a weaker grade. Has very good closing speed. Worth a ticket.
