A competitive opening race. IBIS DE FRECA (2) has not been reliable but did run well at this track last month. He is barefoot this time and is capable of scoring. JASPER DU BELLAY (6) and JASMIN D'AVENIR (4) fought out the finish at this track a few weeks ago and both should be very competitive yet again. HIRO DE LA LUNA (7) is clearly better than his last run would suggest and is a course-and-distance winner who must be respected in this line-up.
