Verdict

It may have taken until late last month to open his 2025 account but JESOLO (1) did it in good order over the main track. He has never disappointed over course and distance and will be expected to contest the finish once more. It will not be all plain sailing though after JACQUARD (8) imposed under harness over the main track before repeating with authority under the saddle at Nantes on Sunday. Wonderfully performant when applied, JUPITER DU CORTA (4) has been knocking at the door this winter and it will not be long before he gets his nose back in front. JOUVENCE DE CAREL (9) was not disgraced behind him here last month and has twice since placed under harness.
