Verdict

Dynamic winner of the Gr.2 Prix de Belgique a fortnight ago, on her first association with Eric Raffin, IROISE DE LA NOE (2) returns to racing barefoot and can become the first mare since Belina Josselyn in 2019 to win the Prix d'Amerique. She will be opposed though by the evergreen and barefoot GO ON BOY (18) who ran 3rd in the 2025 edition, and 4th-placed and similarly barefoot JOSH POWER (11) who has been kept on the boil since running away with the Prix de Bretagne. Winner of 2 Gr.1 races in 3 Vincennes starts, EPIC KRONOS (6) faces a tougher test than he did in the Gr.1 Prix Tenor de Baune but still looks competitively well in. FRANK GIO (10) gave LIZA JOSSELYN something of a scare in the Gr.1 Criterium Continental before running 2nd in the Belgique and even though only 5 still looks a serious player.
