Verdict

After a few lacklustre performances late last year, JACKPOT D'ORGUEIL (5) got back in the game last month with a commanding victory in the amateur division. He will be reunited with Eric Raffin for the occasion and has a reasonable chance of repeating. He will still feel the heat from JOKER DU CHOQUEL (4) who has been revitalised since moving to Adrien Pereira's yard, and JARVIS (11) who just missed out on the double under similar conditions late last month. JARDYLAND (13) may not be the most dependable horse here but he showed his form last month and will not be far from the action if Damien Bonne manages to keep him focused.
