The Danish ICEBREAKER (DEN) (1) raced better over this very course and distance in the Gr.2 Prix de Bourgogne late last month, will run barefoot this time, and should be good enough to win a race of this nature. JAZZMAN (GER) (7) failed to confirm his Gr.3 Prix Narquois victory when eliminated early in the Gr.1 Prix Tenor de Baune, but he has been reconfigured and Alexandre Abrivard will be eager to put things right. JILORD VIVA (8) has already won over course and distance this winter and reverts to a confirmed formula with a good hand to play. NINEPOINTS LASSE (13) is plainly on the right road and should be competitive at the business end of the race.
