Verdict
Francesi led close home to end Aisling Oscar's remarkable streak of consecutive handicap wins at Newcastle last month, but a subsequent 6lb rise might leave him a shade vulnerable. Preference is for CRIMINAL SHORE, who ran well in a tactical race last time and is well handicapped on some of last year's form.
