By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.               

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Cheltenham festival Tickets promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.        

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD               

1. This Sports Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 09:00 to 23:59 (UK time) on 21/02/2026 (the “Promotional Period”).        

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION    

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old; 
   2. are located in the UK or ROI;    
   3. have a verified Website account;    
   4. have opted-in; and     
   5. are eligible to receive Website bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period.

3. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.    
4. An Eligible Player can only qualify for this promotion a maximum of once within the Promotional Period.
5.  Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.     

 HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION    

6. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must opt-in and place a £/€5+ on any Horse Racing market (including Horse Racing Bet Builder) at min odds of 1/4 during the Promotional Period (a “Qualifying Bet”).      
7. Qualifying Bets are not available to cash out.      
8. Eligible Players who have placed a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.   
9. Maximum one (1) prize draw entry per Eligible Player per Promotional Period.   

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS         

10. The prize draw will take place on 23/02/2026 at 12:00. The winner will be selected using an online random number generator programme.  
11. The prize consists of two (2) tickets to a day at the Cheltenham festival, including hospitality, for Tuesday 10/03/2026.    
12.  The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email (the “Winning Notification”) within 24 hours following the end of the prize draw to inform them of their win and give them information about their tickets.     
13. By participating to this Promotion, Eligible Players agree to be contacted via email and/or phone call.      
14. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner through the Ladbrokes team. If the winner cannot be reached, is unavailable, or does not claim their Prize after being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select another entrant from all Eligible Players who participated in the Prize Draw.       
15. It is the responsibility of all Eligible Players to make sure their email address and contact telephone numbers are correct on their Website account.    

PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS      

16. The Prize consists of access for two (2) people to Cheltenham festival on Tuesday 10/03/2026, including Hospitality. Hospitality will include the following:
• Cheltenham Festival Gold Cup Restaurant Inclusions:  
• Cheltenham Festival hospitality tickets providing access to the Gold Cup Restaurant   
• Club Enclosure admission badge for access to the Viewing Steps and the Members’ Lawn  
• Morning coffee & biscuits on arrival    
• Contemporary Chef’s table lunch served inside the Gold Cup Restaurant    
• Complimentary bar including wines, draught beers, premium spirits & non-alcoholic drinks  
• Traditional afternoon tea   
• Tote betting facilities
• HD screens showing the racing action inside the Gold Cup Restaurant
• Official Cheltenham Festival 2026 Race Card
• Car park passes (1 per 4 guests)
• Experienced Cheltenham Festival hospitality staff in attendance
17. Tickets are non-transferable.     
18. Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. 
19. Full event details including location, schedule, and entry information will be sent to the winners’ registered email address no later than 24 hours before the event.     
20. Travel and accommodation are not included in this prize.  The Promoter will not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.  
21. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner.  
22. The winner and the guest of the prize must be over 18 and will be asked to provide proof of age.   
23. The Prize will be sent to the winner via the registered email address on the winners’ Website account as an e-ticket before 09/03/2026 (23:59). 
24. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the Prize for a reasonable alternative of equal value. There is no cash alternative for the Prize, in whole or in part, and the Prize is not negotiable or transferable.  
25. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner. In this instance, another winner will be selected.  
26. Any personal information provided by the participant shall be treated in accordance with Ladbrokes Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.   

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS   

27. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.        
28. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.   
29. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.    
30. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.   
31. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
