INSTANT SPINS PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS    

By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These terms and conditions apply to this Instant Spins Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.   

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD    

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) every week (Monday 00:00 – Sunday 23:59) (the “Promotional Week”) from 5th January 2026 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).    

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION    

2. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:    
   1. have a verified Website account;      
   2. are over 18 years of age; and    
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.    

   (an “Eligible Player”).    

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.    

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION    

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:    
1. log in to their Website account;    
2. access the “Instant Spins” promotional page during the Promotional Period; and 
3. spin one of the three the “Instant Spins” promotional wheels (each one, the “Wheel”)   
5. By spinning the Wheel, Eligible Players have a chance to win rewards.  
6. On “Supercharged Days” advertised on the Website Eligible Players who spin the Wheel will win a guaranteed reward.  

7. Eligible Players can spin the Wheel a maximum of once per day.   
8. The Promotion is free to play.   
9. Rewards available include: Cash, Free Spins, Casino Bonus or LadBucks. 
10. There will be three Wheels to choose from. An Eligible Player will be able to choose daily which of three he wishes to spin.
11. If the Reward won from spinning the Wheel does not appear automatically in the Eligible Player’s Website account, they should contact our Customer Services team HERE before placing any bets.    

CASH REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS    

12. The value of the Cash Reward will be displayed on screen after spinning the Wheel.   
13. Cash Rewards are worth a minimum of £0.50 and a maximum of £100 each.     
14. An Eligible Player’s Cash Reward will be automatically credited to their Website account.     

CASINO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS    

15. The Casino Bonus is worth £1 and can only be used on the following games:

16. If a combination of bets placed in a Roulette game amounts to coverage of 67% or more of the Roulette table, the bonus will not be released. This applies to all versions of Roulette. 
17. The Wagering Requirements for this Casino Bonus Reward are as follows:    

•   A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 1 TIME THE CASINO BONUS AMOUNT. For example: £1 BONUS = £1 WAGERING.    

18. The above Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus must be met within seven (7) days of being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Wagering requirements are not met within seven (7) days, any funds in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.    
19. An Eligible Player can withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst their Casino Bonus is active). If an Eligible Player elects to withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements are met, they will forfeit any winnings in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.    
20. This Casino Bonus can only be used on the selected games listed in term 15.     
21. The Casino Bonus Reward cannot be used on any other Website game.     
22. Stakes placed on any other Website game(s) will not contribute towards the necessary Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus reward.    
23. The Casino Bonus Reward cannot be exchanged for cash.   

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS    

24. The minimum number of Free Spins Eligible Players can win by spinning the Wheel is three (3) and the maximum is five (5).   
25. Free Spins will automatically be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account.   
26. An Eligible Player will only be able to use their Free Spins on the games listed in the pop up appearing on screen after the reward is won, or in the post bonus thumb content.   
27. Each Free Spin will have a value of £0.10.   
28. An Eligible Player must use their Free Spins within seven (7) days of them being credited to their Website account otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.   
29. There are no cash alternatives to the Free Spins.   
30. Free Spins have no wagering requirements.   
31. Any winnings obtained from the Free Spins will be paid in cash.   

LADBUCKS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

32. A “LadBucks” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in the promotions listed in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. LadBucks can be used to redeem offers as set out on the Website designated area (the “LadBucks Store”). Full LadBucks terms can be found HERE. 
33. The minimum number of LadBucks an Eligible Player can win by spinning the Wheel is ten (10) and the is five thousand (5,000).   
34. LadBucks will automatically be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account.   
35. An Eligible Player must use their LadBucks before the fifteenth (15th) of the following month otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.   
36. There is no cash alternative to LadBucks.   
37. LadBucks have no wagering requirements.      

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS    

37. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.    
38. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s Website account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.   
39. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify and/or is excluded from receiving its offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.    
40. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.    
41. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.    

42. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
