By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this 1-2-Free promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) weekly (Monday – Sunday) from 00:00 on 02/07/2025 until further notice (the “Promotional Period).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:

a. are over 18 years old;

b. are located in the UK or ROI;

c. have a verified Website account; and

d. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE .

4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

5. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must log into their website account, access the 1-2 Free promotional page via the Promotions tab and select their correct score predictions (within 90 minutes play only) on the Selected Matches before kick-off of the first game during the Promotional Period.

6. The Selected Matches can be located on the 1-2 Free promotional page on the website (the “Selected Matches”).

7. If an Eligible Player predicts the correct scores on the Selected Matches, they have the chance of winning the following Prizes (the “Prizes”):

• Predict 3 out of 3 correct scores and win an equal share of £10,000 Cash Pot.
• Predict 2 out of 3 correct scores and win a £2 Bet Builder/Bet Builder+ Free Bet.
• Predict 1 out of 3 correct scores and win a 500 LadBucks.

8. If for any reason a Selected Match is abandoned (void) the prizes of the games will be as follows:

• One void selection: £/€2 Bet Builder/Bet Builder+ Free Bet (2 correct scores).
• Two void selections: 500 LadBucks (1 correct score).
• Three void selections: No game has taken place and no Prizes are awarded.

9. There will be a maximum of 1 entry per Eligible Player per game.

CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS

10. The Cash Prize carries no wagering requirements and will be issued automatically to an Eligible Player’s account balance on the settlement of the last Selected Match.

11. Cash Prizes will be shared equally with winners from Ladbrokes Shops and online website Eligible Players.

12. The share of the £10,000 Cash Prize will be calculated according to the currency of the Eligible Players Website account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

13. The Cash Prize is withdrawable.

BET BUILDER/ BET BUILDER+ FREE BET SPECIFIC TERMS

14. The Free Bet will be credited within 48 hours of the last Selected Matched being settled.

15. The £2 Free Bet can be used on a Bet Builder bet on Football only or can be used on a Bet Builder+ bet, the Bet Builder+ bet must have at least one Football selection along with any Sports market.

16. The Free Bet can be located on a bet slip in the top right-hand corner when an Eligible Player has chosen their selection.

17. The Free Bet must be used within 7 days of it being credited to the Eligible Players website account, otherwise it will expire.

18. Maximum one Free Bet per Eligible Player per game.

19. The Free bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

20. The value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.

21. The Free Bet is not returned if the Free Bet wager becomes void.

22. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Sports Promotion.

LADBUCKS SPECIFIC TERMS

23. A “LadBuck” is a token of no monetary.

24. The 500 LadBucks will be credited within 48 hours of the last Selected Matched being settled.

25. The LadBucks can be used to redeem offers as set out on the Website designated area (the “LadBucks Store”).

26. LadBucks credited during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 15th day of the following month (eg, LadBucks collected during the month June will expire on 15th July (23:59), LadBucks collected during the month of July will expire on 15th August (23:59), etc.). Any unused LadBucks will be forfeited after the 15th day of the month following their collection.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

28. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue Gibraltar.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.

30. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

31. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
