By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Liverpool Prize Draw Promotion (the "Promotion"). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 12:00 on 03/08/26 to 23:59 on 16/08/26 (UK time) (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the "Website") who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK or ROI;
   3. have a verified active Website account;
   4. have opted in; and
   5. are eligible to receive Website promotions for the duration of the Promotional Period.

3. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.
4. Eligible Players cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which the Website can be accessed can be found HERE.
5. If a promotion is advertised in a different currency to an Eligible Player's Website account, the qualifying spend and any bonus will be in that account currency (for example, a promotion advertised as £/€10 get £/€10" will become "bet £/€10 get £/€10").
6. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

7. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must opt-in and place a £/€5+ Bet Builder bet on any Football market at minimum odds of 1/2 during the Promotional Period (a "Qualifying Bet").
8. Qualifying Bets are not available for Cash Out.
9. Eligible Players who have placed a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
10. Maximum one (1) Prize Draw entry per Eligible Player during the Promotional Period.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC TERMS

11. The Prize Draw will take place on 17/08/26 by 12:00, where the winner will be selected using an online random number generator.
12. The Prize consists of:
    1. Two (2) General Admission tickets to the Liverpool vs Nottingham Forest match taking place on 29/08/26 at 12:30; and
    2. One (1) £100 Liverpool Football Club Shop voucher (UK shops only).

13. The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email (the "Winning Notification") within 48 hours following the end of the Prize Draw to inform them of their win and provide information about their Prize.
14. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Players agree to be contacted via email and/or phone call. It is the responsibility of all Eligible Players to ensure that their email address and contact telephone numbers are correct on their Website account.
15. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner will have 48 hours once contacted to accept the Prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the Prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Eligible Player.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize until proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed. If proof is not provided, another winner may be selected.
17. The Promoter does not accept responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the Prize.
18. The winner's first name and county may be announced on Ladbrokes social channels within 24 hours of the Promotion ending. Winners who do not wish this information to be published should notify the Promoter at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
19. Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the Ladbrokes Privacy Notice and applicable data protection legislation.
20. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the prize for a reasonable alternative of equal value. There is no cash alternative for the Prize, in whole or in part, and the Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
21. Prizes are non-transferable.
22. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

TICKET SPECIFIC TERMS

23. The Prize includes 2 General Admission Tickets to Liverpool vs Nottingham Forest on 29/08/26 at 12:30.
24. The Prize does not include accommodation, travel, travel insurance, food, drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses.
25. Any additional incidental costs are the responsibility of the winner.
26. The winner and their guest must both be aged 18+ and may be required to provide proof of age.
27. The tickets will be sent as e-tickets to the registered email address on the winner's Website account within 24 hours prior to 29/08/26.

LFC SHOP VOUCHER SPECIFIC TERMS

28. Eligible Players can win one (1) Liverpool Football Club voucher worth £100, redeemable only in official Liverpool FC stores in the UK.
29. The voucher cannot be used online.
30. The voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
31. The voucher will be sent by post. The winner must provide the correct postal address.
32. The Promoter and Liverpool Football Club will use the winner's personal data to manage fulfilment and delivery of the voucher.
33. By participating, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of their personal data in accordance with these Terms and the Website Privacy Notice.
34. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, cancellations or a winner's inability to use the voucher.
35. No cash alternative is available for the voucher.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

36. Promoter: LC International Limited, registered in Gibraltar under number 46808, with its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
37. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player's account to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. These restrictions may affect participation in this Promotion.
38. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
39. Where fraudulent activity is suspected, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove the player from the Promotion and/or suspend the player's account pending investigation.
40. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end this Promotion at any time where required for legal or regulatory reasons, including to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
41. In the event of any error or system failure affecting funds, winnings or bonuses, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
