By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions. 

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Liverpool Prize Draw Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD   

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 12:00 on 10/11/25 to 23:59 on 16/11/25 (UK time) (the “Promotional Period").  

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION   

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:  

a. are over 18 years old; 

b. are located in the UK or ROI; 

c. have a verified active Website account; 

d. have opted in; and

e. are eligible to receive Website promotions for the duration of the Promotional Period.

3. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion. 

4. Eligible Players cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which the Website can be accessed can be found HERE.

5. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION   

6. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must opt-in and place a £/€5+ Bet Builder bet on any Football market at min odds of 1/2 during the Promotional Period (a “Qualifying Bet”).

7. Qualifying Bets are not available to cash out. 

8. Eligible Players who have placed a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.

9. Maximum 1 Prize Draw entry per Eligible Player per Promotional Period.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC TERMS

10. The Prize Draw will take place on 17/11/25 by 12:00 where the winner will be selected using an online random number generator. 

11. The Prize consists of:

a. two (2) General Admission tickets to the Liverpool vs Sunderland match, taking place on 03/12/25 at 20:15; and

b. one (1) £100 Liverpool Football Club Shop voucher (UK shops only).

12. The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email (the “Winning Notification”) within 48 hours following the end of the Prize Draw to inform them of their win and give them information about their Prize.

13. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Players agree to be contacted via email and/or phone call.  It is the responsibility of all Eligible Players to make sure their email address and contact telephone numbers are correct on their Website account.

14. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner will have 48 hours once contacted by the Promoter to accept their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not accepted their Prize within 48 hours from when the winner is first contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new entrant from all Eligible Players who have entered the Prize Draw.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner. In this instance, another winner will be selected.

16. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.

17. The winner’s first name and county may be announced on Ladbrokes social channels within 24 hours of the Promotion ending. Should a winner not want to have their first name and/or county published, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

18. Any personal information provided by the participant shall be treated in accordance with Ladbrokes Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.

19. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the prize for a reasonable alternative of equal value. There is no cash alternative for the Prize, in whole or in part, and the Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

20. Prizes are non-transferable. 

21. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. 

TICKET SPECIFIC TERMS

22. The Prize consists of 2 General Admission Tickets to Liverpool vs Sunderland on 03/12/25 at 20:15.

23. The Prize will not include accommodation, travel insurance, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses.

24. A reimbursement of £/€200 will be provided to the winner for travel expenses only i.e. train tickets/bus tickets/plane tickets/petrol money to and from Liverpool on the dates of the match. 

25. Travel details, receipts, and bank details must be shared with the Ladbrokes Team prior to the match in order to be reimbursed before 15/12/25 (mileage must be shared for petrol money). The costs will be reimbursed once we have received the information required, this can take up to 5 working days for the bank transfer.

26. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

27. The winner and the guest of the prize must be 18+ and will be asked to provide proof of age.

28. The Prize will be sent to the winner via the registered email address on the winners website account as an e-ticket within 24 hours prior to 03/12/25.

LFC SHOP VOUCHER SPECIFIC TERMS

29. Eligible Players can only win 1 (one) Liverpool Football Club voucher worth £100 to spend in any Liverpool Football Club official store only (UK shops only).

30. The voucher cannot be used online.

31. The voucher will be valid for one (1) year only from the time of winning the voucher.

32. The voucher will be sent to the winner via post, the correct postal address would need to be provided to the Promotor in order to receive this.

33. The Promoter and Liverpool Football Club will use the Eligible Player’s personal data to manage the fulfilment, delivery, and arrangement of the Voucher.

34. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the Promoter according to these Terms and Conditions and the Website’s Privacy Notice.

35. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the Voucher or the inability of Eligible Players to take up the Voucher.

36. No cash alternative to the Voucher is available.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

37. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.

38. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

39. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

40. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

41. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.

42. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
