1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 27/04/2026 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").   

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:  
   1. are over 18 years old;    
   2. are residents in the UK and Ireland;    
   3. have opted in with a verified Website account; and   
   4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which a player may access their Website account can be found HERE.     
4. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

7. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must opt-in in on the promotion page then place a real money “win” or “each way” bet on UK or Irish Horse Racing from 8am onwards on the day of the race (“Qualifying Bet").    
8. Eligible Players only need to opt-in once to qualify for the Promotion.  
9. If the Qualifying Bet wins and if the starting price (SP) is greater than the original price taken, the Qualifying Bet will be settled at the bigger odds.   
10. Best Odds Guaranteed only applies to: Race Winner, Each Way and Multiple Betting (Combination and System bets), Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply to other bet types such as Antepost, Forecast, Tricast Betting, Enhanced Accumulators, Specials or Price Boosts.   

BEST ODDS GUARANTEED SPECIFIC TERMS   

11. If an Eligible Player takes a price which is subject to a Rule 4 deduction, the Rule 4 deduction will be applied to the fixed odds before they are compared to the Starting Price. If the Starting Price is greater than the fixed odds after Rule 4 has been applied, then the bet will be paid out at Starting Price.   
12. Bets placed after the official off time of a race would not qualify.   
13. A bet will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Promotion if for any reason it becomes void.   
14. Any bets which are "cashed out" will not be considered a Qualifying Bet.   
15. The maximum additional payout from Best Odds Guaranteed is capped at £/€10,000 per day.
