PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 10:00 to 18:00 on 07/05/26 (the “Promotional Period)  

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:   
   1. are over 18 years old;  
   2. are located in the UK;  
   3. have a verified Website account;
   4. have opted in; and  
   5. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Football Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION       

5. To participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must Scan the promotional QR code during the Promotional Period, login and Opt In. 
6. Once an Eligible Player has scanned the QR code, logged in and opted in, the £5 Horse racing Free Bet Builder will be credited automatically.
7. Once the Free Bet is valid, this can be located on the bet slip when an Eligible Player has chosen their selection in the top right-hand corner.   
8. An Eligible Player is only entitled to receive one Free Bet under this Promotion within the Promotional Period.      

FREE BET SPECIFIC TERMS 

9. The Free Bet will be valid within for 5 days once credited. 
10. The Free Bet can be used on any Bet Builder Horse Racing Market. 
11. The Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.         
12. The Free Bet stake will not be included in any winning from the bet.         
13. The Free Bet stake is not returned if the Free Bet wager becomes void.          
14. The Free Bet is not eligible for cashout.         
15. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Sports Promotion. 

IMPORTANT TERMS

17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the offers or promotion under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may place restrictions on the Eligible Player’s account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that the Eligible Player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.         
19. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
