PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) for 4 days after receiving the first promotional communication (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:

a. are over 18 years old;

b. are located in the UK or ROI;

c. have received an invite;

d. have a verified Website account; and

e. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

4. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must opt-in via the promotion page first, then place a real money bet (win or cumulative stakes of up to £/€10), at fractional odds of 1/2 or greater on any Sports market (a “Qualifying Bet").

5. Once an Eligible Player places a Qualifying Bet, they will receive a £/€10 Free Bet.  

6. For single line accumulator bets, each individual selection of the bet must at fractional odds of 1/2 or greater.  

7. Eligible Players cannot “Cash Out” their Qualifying Bet.   

8. A bet will not be considered a Qualifying Bet if it is wagered on Tote or Pools.  

9. Please note that only the win parts of win/each-way bet will qualify.

FREE BET SPECIFIC TERMS 

10. The £/€10 Free Bet can be used on any Sports market.  

11. The Free Bet must be used within 7 days of it being credited to an Eligible Players Website account, if it is not used, it will expire and not be reissued.  

12. The Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.  

13. The Free Bet can be used on Win or Each-Way Bets and can only be used on the following listed Bet types: Single, Double, Treble, 4-Fold and Upwards Accumulator, Forecast and Combination.  

14. The Free Bet is not valid on other combination and multiple bets (i.e. Lucky 15s).  

15. Please note that the value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.  

16. The Free Bet stake is not returned if your Free Bet wager becomes void. 

17. Eligible Players cannot “Cash Out” the Free Bet.  

18. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Sports Promotion.  

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

20. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.   

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.    

22. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.  

23. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. 

24. Please note that Online and Mobile customers claiming this Sports Promotion will not be eligible to receive any other 'New Customer' free bet sports Promotion. 

25. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. 

26. The Promoter is aware that some links to its promotions may be posted on other sites or through forums or the information that the potential player received may have been forwarded on to other persons who did not receive the genuine link to the Promotion from the Promoter. If the Promoter, acting reasonably, determines that a player did NOT receive this Promotion as an intended targeted recipient, the Promoter will not honour it.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
