PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION

• have not yet deposited;

• are residents of UK and ROI;

• are over 18 years of age; and

are eligible to receive Website promotions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

6. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must make a first deposit of £/€5 or more within 14 days of registering and place a real money Sports bet of at least £/€5 win or cumulative stakes of up to £/€5, with minimum odds of 1/2 or greater (a “Qualifying Bet”).

7. For a single line accumulator bet, each individual selection of the bet must have fractional odds of 1/2 or greater to be deemed a Qualifying Bet. Please note that only the win parts of win/each-way bets will qualify. 

8. Forecasts, Tricasts, Tote Dividend, and Virtual betting products do not qualify.

9. Qualifying Bets are not available to cash out.

10. Eligible Players who place a Qualifying Bet will automatically receive 1 x £/€5 Bet Builder Free Bet, 1x £/€5 Ante-Post Cheltenham Free Bet & 4 x £/€5 Free Bets on selected Sportsbook markets.

BET BUILDER FREE BET SPECIFIC TERMS

11. The £/€5 Bet Builder Free Bet must be used on any Football Bet Builder Market. Useful Bet Builder information can be found here.

12. The Free Bet must be used within 7 days of it being credited to an Eligible Players account, otherwise it will expire. 

13. Please note that the value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.

14. The Free Bet is not returned if your Free Bet wager becomes void.

15. The Free Bet is not eligible for cashout.

16. The Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

17. Maximum one Free Bet per player per Promotional Period.

18. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Sports Promotion.

ANTE-POST CHELTENHAM FREE BET SPECIFIC TERMS

19. The £/€5 Free Bet must be used on any Ante Post Market on the Cheltenham Festival (including multiples where at least 1 selection is Ante Post on the Cheltenham Festival).

20. The Free Bet must be used within 7 days of it being credited to an Eligible Players account, otherwise it will expire. 

21. Please note that the value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.

22. The Free Bet is not returned if your Free Bet wager becomes void.

23. The Free Bet is not eligible for cashout.

24. The Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

25. Maximum one Free Bet per player per Promotional Period.

4X £/€5 FREE BET SPECIFIC TERMS

27. The total number of Free Bets an Eligible Player will receive is 4x £/€5 Free Bets.

28. The Free Bets must be used on any of the following Sportsbook markets: Football, Horse Racing, Greyhound Racing, Tennis, Basketball, American Football, Boxing, Rugby Union, Rugby League, UFC, Cricket, Table Tennis, Darts, Golf, Snooker, Esports, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Gaelic Football, Pool, Specials.

29. The Free Bets must be used within 7 days of it being credited to an Eligible Players account, otherwise they will expire. 

30. The Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. 

31. The Free Bets may not be used on any Virtual Sports markets, Tote or Pools.

32. Please note that the value of the Free Bets will not be included in any winnings. 

33. The Free Bets are not returned if the Free Bet wager becomes void. 

34. The Free Bets are not eligible for cashout. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Promotion.

37. We reserve the right to change or end any Sports Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this Sports Promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Sports Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the free bets available.  

39. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes. 

40. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
