These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Deposit in-shop, bet and get online promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.  

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD   

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Customers (defined below) daily, from 07:00 on 11/06/2026 until 22:00 19/07/26 (the “Promotional Period”).   

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION    

2. This Promotion is available to new and existing real money Club Ladbrokes Card shop customers who register/have registered their first ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) online account, in-shop with a staff member and who: 
   1. are over 18 years old;   
   2. are UK or ROI residents; and  
   3. are eligible to receive Shop & Website promotions.  

   (an “Eligible Customer”).   

3. An Eligible Customer cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found here.  
4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.  

HOW TO CLAIM THIS SPORTS PROMOTION      

5. To claim this Promotion, an Eligible Customer must be a Club Ladbrokes Card Multi-Channel customer, make a deposit of £/€10+ in one single transaction in-shop to their online Website account and then place a Qualifying Bet the same day (as detailed below) during the Promotional Period.  
6. Club Ladbrokes Card full terms and conditions can be accessed here and in shops.  
7. The Qualifying Bet placed online must be a real money sports bet, placed on any World Cup Football market, of at least £/€10 at fractional odds totalling 1/2 or greater. For a single line accumulator bet, each individual selection of the bet must be at fractional odds of 1/2 or greater to be deemed a Qualifying Bet.  
8. Void or cashed-out bets will not qualify for this Promotion.   
9. Price boosts, Specials, Enhanced markets, Virtual betting products do not qualify.   
10. The Qualifying Bet cannot be cashed out.   
11. Eligible Customers who have placed a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) £/€5 Free Bet Builder to be used on their Website account.  
12. Eligible Customers can participate in this Promotion a maximum of once per day.   

ONLINE FREE BET SPECIFIC TERMS  

13. The £/€5 Free Bet will be credited immediately following qualification and must be used within 7 days of it being credited to the Eligible Customer’s Website account, otherwise it will expire.   
14. The Free Bet must be wagered in full and can be used on any Football Bet Builder markets except Virtual Sports markets.  
15. The Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.  
16. The value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.  
17. The Free Bet is not returned if the Free Bet wager becomes void.  
18. The Free Bet is not eligible for cashout.  
19. The same Maximum Payout Restrictions per General Website Terms & Conditions apply.   

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

21. Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited is the operating company for any betting activity in any Ladbrokes betting shops.  
22. We reserve the right to change or end any Sports Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.  
23. If a customer has made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this Sports Promotion and their betting levels are subsequently restricted by the Promoter, the Promotor will make sure that this will not materially affect a customer’s ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Sports Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the free bets available.  
24. We may place restrictions on a customer’s account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a customer can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.   
25. Where the Promoter suspects that a customer is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that customer from the Promotion, and/or suspend that customer’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.   
26. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a customer’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
