By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Dublin Racing Festival Tickets Promotion. They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Sports Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 09:00 on 19/01/2026 to 23:59 on 25/01/2026 (UK time) (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK or ROI;
   3. have a verified Website account;
   4. have opted-in; and
   5. are eligible to receive Website bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period.

3. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.
4. An Eligible Player can only qualify for this Promotion a maximum of once within the Promotional Period.
5. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SPORTS PROMOTION

6. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must opt-in and place a £/€5+ bet on any Horse Racing market at minimum odds of 1/4 during the Promotional Period (a “Qualifying Bet”).
7. Qualifying Bets are not available to cash out.
8. Eligible Players who have placed a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
9. Maximum one (1) prize draw entry per Eligible Player per Promotional Period.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

10. The prize draw will take place on 26/01/2026 at 12:00. Two (2) winners will be selected using an online random number generator.
11. A prize consists of two (2) tickets to a day at the Dublin Racing Festival, including hospitality, on Saturday 31st January 2026.
12. The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email (the “Winning Notification”) within 24 hours following the end of the prize draw.
13. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Players agree to be contacted via email and/or phone call.
14. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be reached, is unavailable, or does not claim their Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another entrant from all Eligible Players who participated in the Prize Draw.
15. It is the responsibility of all Eligible Players to ensure their email address and contact telephone numbers are correct on their Website account.
16. The Promoter will not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
17. Tickets are non-transferable.
18. Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS

19. The Prize consists of access for two (2) people to the Dublin Racing Festival on Saturday 31st January 2026, including hospitality.
20. Full event details including location, schedule, and entry information will be sent to the winner’s registered email address no later than 24 hours before the event.
21. Travel and accommodation are not included in this Prize.
22. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner.
23. The winner and their guest must be aged 18+ and may be required to provide proof of age.
24. The Prize will be sent via e-ticket to the registered email address on the winner’s Website account within 24 hours prior to 31/01/2026.
25. The Prize is subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and the Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
27. Any personal information provided will be treated in accordance with the Ladbrokes Privacy Notice and applicable data protection legislation.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

28. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under number 46808 with its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
29. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible if such restrictions affect a player’s ability to participate in this Promotion or receive a Prize.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
31. Where fraudulent activity is suspected, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove a player from the Promotion and/or suspend their account pending investigation.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end this Promotion at any time for legal or regulatory reasons, including to prevent fraud or unlawful behaviour.
33. In the event of any error or system failure, the Promoter reserves the right to correct such error and withhold any funds or winnings credited as a result, in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions.
