By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

2. This Promotion is available to residents of the UK only.

3. Entrants must:

a. be over the age of 18 and must

b. have a verified Ladbrokes account with no restrictions; and

c. follow @Ladbrokes on Twitter/X.

4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households are not eligible to submit an entry for this competition.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

5. To enter the giveaway on Twitter/X, participants must:

a. like the giveaway post

b. retweet the giveaway post

c. reply to the giveaway post as instructed, including a screenshot of their chosen prize on the giveaway GIF wheel.

6. All participants who have completed the steps above during a Promotional Week will be entered into the prize draw taking place during the relevant Promotional Week. The date and time of each prize draw will be announced on Ladbrokes Twitter/X page.

7. A total of three (3) prize draws will take place during the Promotional Period.

8. Only one entry is permitted per person per prize draw. No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using multiple accounts, scripts, or any automated means to circumvent this rule, that person’s entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

9. Entries to the prize draw can only be made on the designated giveaway post on Ladbrokes’ official Twitter/X account.

10. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

11. Each prize draw will have 1 winner (unless otherwise stated) who will be chosen at random by an online random number generator on the day announced on Ladbrokes X/Twitter page.

12. Each winner will be contacted within 24 hours following the end of the prize draw (the “Winning Notification”) and asked to provide an email address along with any other details required for the fulfilment the prize.

13. The winners’ first name and county may be announced on Ladbrokes’ X/Twitter social media channel. To opt out, winners can notify the Promoter at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

FREE BETS SPECIFIC TERMS

15. The 10 Free Bets will have a value of £10 each.

16. The Free Bets can be used on any Sports market.

17. The Free Bets must be used within 7 days of them being credited; if not used, they will expire and not be reissued.

18. The Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

19. The Free Bets can be used on Win or Each-Way Bets and can only be used on the following listed Bet types: Single, Double, Treble, 4-Fold and Upwards Accumulator, Forecast and Combination.

20. The Free Bets are not valid on other combinations and multiple bets (i.e. Lucky 15s).

21. The value of the Free Bets will not be included in any winnings.

22. The Free Bet stake is not returned if your Free Bet wager becomes void.

23. Eligible Players cannot "Cash Out" the Free Bets.

24. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will apply.

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC TERMS

LADBUCKS SPECIFIC TERMS

31. A “LadBuck” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in the promotions listed in the LadBucks Terms and Conditions. 32. An Eligible Player must use their 100,000 LadBucks before the fifteenth (15th) of the following month otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.

33. There is no cash alternative to LadBucks.

34. LadBucks have no wagering requirements.

E-VOUCHERS SPECIFIC TERMS

35. The e-vouchers are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change them for a reasonable alternative of equal value.

36. There is no cash alternative for the e-vouchers, in whole or in part, and they are not negotiable or transferable.

37. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter via Twitter/X direct message within 24 hours of the end of the prize draw (the “Winning Notification”). Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in forfeit. In that case, another winner may be chosen.

38. The e-vouchers will be sent by the Promoter to the email address registered on the winner’s Ladbrokes account within 48 hours of the Winning Notification.

39. Details of the e-voucher and instructions on how to use it will be included in the Winning Notification.

40. The e-vouchers will be subject to third-party terms and conditions.

MERCHANDISE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

41. Merchandise prizes include:

a. Two (2) tickets to a Liverpool FC home game (for the winner and 1 guest)

b. One (1) Liverpool FC replica match shirt

42. The merchandise prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the merchandise prizes for a reasonable alternative of equal value.

43. There is no cash alternative for the merchandise prizes, in whole or in part, and they are not negotiable or transferable.

44. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via Twitter/X direct message within 24 hours of the end of the prize draw (“Winning Notification”). Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in forfeit. In that case, another winner may be chosen.

45. Details and instructions on fulfilment of the merchandise prizes will be included in the Winning Notification.

46. The merchandise prize will be sent by the Promoter to the winner’s residential address within 30 days of the Winning Notification.

47. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the merchandise prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed. If not provided, another winner may be selected.

48. The winner’s first name and county may be announced on Ladbrokes’ social media channels. To opt out, the winner can notify the Promoter at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or social media platforms c. loss or injury resulting from participation or acceptance of a prize.

53. The Promoter is not responsible for the failure of any third parties to fulfil obligations, though all reasonable efforts will be made to minimise the impact.

54. Suspected fraudulent activity will result in disqualification or suspension from the giveaway.

55. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
