These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this LadBucks Arcade promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The LadBucks Arcade promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 30.05.2024 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR LADBUCKS ARCADE

2. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
1. have a verified Website account;
2. are over 18 years of age; and
3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

WHAT IS A LADBUCK 

4. A “LadBuck” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in the promotions listed in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. LadBucks can be used to redeem offers as set out on the Website designated area (the “LadBucks Store”). LadBucks may not be exchanged for cash.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION 

5. Eligible Players will need a minimum LadBucks balance of 10 LadBucks to be able to take part in the LadBucks To find out how to collect LadBucks see the terms HERE.
6. Eligible Players can play the games available in the LadBucks Arcade for the chance to increase their LadBucks balance.
7. Each spin of the Arcade games will cost an Eligible Player a minimum of 10 and maximum of 200 LadBucks, which will be deducted from their LadBucks balance.
8. Eligible Players can choose how many LadBucks they wish to wager within the Arcade.
9. The games within LadBucks Arcade will have the same percentage return to player as the equivalent real money games, but winnings will be paid in LadBucks
10. All winnings from games in the Arcade will be credited in LadBucks.
11. The games available in the Arcade will be visible from within the Arcade lobby.
12. By visiting the LadBucks Store, Eligible players will be able to redeem any LadBucks winnings for rewards, offers or cash as detailed HERE.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from its offers or promotions under the relevant General Website Terms & Conditions.
15. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
17. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with these promotional terms and the Website General Terms and Conditions.
