Man City must win to stay in the title race
Bournemouth still have hopes of qualifying for the Champions League

We're in the final week of the 2025/26 Premier League season and it's all still to play for at the top and bottom of the table. Manchester City travel to Bournemouth knowing only a win will suffice if they're to have any chance of winning the title, while the home side are in the thick of the European race themselves.
Ladbrokes brings you its full Bournemouth vs Man City preview and prediction, with City the favourites to win at odds of 7/10, Bournemouth underdogs at 16/5 and the draw also priced at 16/5.

Arsenal's narrow 1-0 win over Burnley on Monday night means that Manchester City need a win to remain in the title race, in what could be Pep Guardiola's last season. City are five points behind the Gunners with a game in hand, and have a chance to take it to the final day if they beat high-flying Bournemouth, whose own manager Andoni Iraola has already confirmed will be departing at the end of the campaign.
The Cherries are 6th, which could end up being enough for Champions League football, but know that a win will take them just a point behind Liverpool, so have plenty to play for themselves. They are on a hugely impressive sixteen-game unbeaten run, the longest of any Premier League team, so a tough test awaits the visitors.
City are flying high again after winning the FA Cup at the weekend, but they may come to rue their previous league away game at Everton as the one that cost them the title. Their fate is now out of their hands, and we're predicting that it will be sealed before the final day, with Bournemouth looking to go out on a high in their final home game under Iraola. We think it will end 1-1 at the Vitality Stadium, handing Arsenal their first league title in over twenty years.
Both teams have scored in each of the last four meetings between the two sides and in nine of the last eleven. Man City have scored in each of their last seven away games, while Bournemouth have scored in nine of their last ten home games, so we're predicting both teams to score as part of our Bournemouth vs Man City bet builder.
Antoine Semenyo has been a revelation since joining Man City from Bournemouth in January and took his season to new heights by scoring the only goal in City's FA Cup final win over Chelsea with a sensational backheel flick. Semenyo had already managed ten league goals for Bournemouth this season by the time he moved and has added another ten in all competitions since joining City. Against his old club, we reckon Semenyo will be fired up and we're tipping him to have at least one shot on target.
Bournemouth's combative midfielder Tyler Adams has the unenviable task of trying to get the ball off Manchester City, with Ryan Christie missing through suspension. The American international has collected seven yellow cards in the Premier League this season and has been booked in three of his previous four home starts. With Rodri back from injury, his job becomes even tougher, and we reckon Adams ends up in the ref's notebook again.
