After Monday night's superb 4-1 dismantling of Newcastle United, who were unbeaten prior to that, Leeds United are 3rd in the Premier League with 8 points from four games. Daniel Farke's side have been in great form throughout 2026, ever since he switched to a back three last winter. Crystal Palace have one league win under Pierre Sage, who replaced the highly successful Oliver Glasner, and he faces a difficult task with continued uncertainty over the future of key player Ismaila Sarr. We're backing Leeds to continue their momentum and secure back-to-back home wins.
Leeds scored four last time out and three at Stamford Bridge in the Carabao Cup the game before, while Palace have been shipping goals so far, conceding 11 goals in four league games. The Eagles did have a confidence-building 4-0 win against Lech Poznan in the Europa League midweek, and they've now scored 9 goals in their last three games. Both teams have scored in each side's last three league games, so we're predicting that to happen again.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has continued his fine form this season and has been rewarded with a call-up to the England squad. Calvert-Lewin scored 14 times in the league last season and offers so much in his all-round play, and is currently thriving in a Leeds side that plays to his strengths. DCL has scored in both games at Elland Road this season and we're tipping him to have at least one shot on target against Palace.
It was a slow start to Jorgen Strand Larsen's career at Crystal Palace, with only three goals after his big-money move from Wolves last January. He's now scored in consecutive games against Ipswich and Lech Poznan, so looks to be finding his sharpness again in front of goal. We're tipping Strand Larsen to have at least one shot on target at Elland Road.
