Man Utd backed to record their first win of the season, with Bruno Fernandes getting an assist
Bryan Mbeumo tipped to have multiple shots on target, with Issa Diop picking up a card

Manchester United face a second newly-promoted team in as many weeks when they welcome Ipswich to Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon, with the Red Devils hunting their first win of the 2026/27 Premier League season.
Defeat to Hull on the opening day was a real wake-up call for Michael Carrick and his side, but the bookies are pricing them as firm favourites to take all three points here - despite Ipswich's dramatic opening-day victory over Sunderland.

Two shots on target against Hull last week saw Bryan Mbeumo provide more threat than any of his teammates, and as he looks to set the standards in front of goal once again, we're tipping the winger to have at least two attempts on target again here. The 27-year-old was United's top scorer last season with 11 Premier League goals, and with a reaction needed, we're expecting the home side - and Mbeumo himself - to attack Ipswich with everything they've got.
Crowned PFA Player of the Year on Tuesday, Bruno Fernandes has reaped the rewards for breaking the Premier League assist record in May, and we think it's about time he got off the mark this term. The Man United skipper set up 21 goals in 35 games last season, including nine in his last 11, and with the United frontmen all desperate to open their accounts for the new campaign, we're predicting another assist for Bruno.
Summer signing Issa Diop has come straight into the Ipswich backline under new manager Gary O'Neil, and having committed a couple of fouls in his side's win last week, we're expecting a few more here - so we're tipping him for a card. The 29-year-old committed a foul per 90 in a Fulham shirt last term, and on a day where we're expecting the visitors to have a lot of defending to do, Morocco international Diop is our pick for a booking at Old Trafford.
Three points are a must for United on Sunday afternoon, and despite last week's below-par display raising a lot of questions, our experts are backing the hosts to get their first win of the new Premier League campaign. Michael Carrick's side have only lost once at Old Trafford since an FA Cup defeat in January, and with Ipswich only winning three times away from home in their last top-flight campaign, getting anything from this one seems a huge ask for the Tractor Boys.
