The week opens with an AFC East clash as the Bills (2-0) host the Dolphins (0-2). Buffalo won an all-time classic against the Ravens 41-40 in Week 1 before a comfortable 30-10 win over the Jets, and the Super Bowl contenders look to make it three out of three against a struggling Miami team. Coach Mike McDaniel is under increasing pressure here and another bad loss here could be his last.

• Falcons -3.5 point favourites, Over/Under 44 points

The Panthers fell just short in their attempted comeback against the Cardinals last week, losing 27-22 to fall to 0-2, but there were some encouraging signs from QB Bryce Young. In this NFC South matchup, Carolina comes up against a Falcons side sitting at 1-1, whose defense are coming off an impressive showing in a 22-6 win over the Vikings.

• Packers -9 point favourites, Over/Under 42.5 points

Green Bay have had the most impressive start to the season, with the new-look defense featuring Micah Parsons managing to exceed its sky-high expectations in wins over the Lions and Commanders, who both made the playoffs in 2024. The Packers meet the Browns, who are 0-2 after losses to the Bengals and Ravens.

• Jaguars -1.5 point favourites, Over/Under 44.5 points

This AFC South battle between the Jaguars and Texans is an intriguing one. New Jags head coach has got their rushing attack up and running, with Travis Etienne leading the league in yards. Houston have won the last two division titles but have started with back-to-back losses and the offensive line continues to struggle to protect CJ Stroud.

• Vikings -3.5 point favourites, Over/Under 42.5 points

The Vikings host the Bengals with both teams missing their starting quarterback. JJ McCarthy could be back for Minnesota in the near future, but Joe Burrow's injury is a devastating blow to a Bengals team enjoying a rare good start to the season. Still, the game will see two of the league's best wide receivers go head-to-head in Justin Jefferson and Ja'Marr Chase.

• Steelers -1 point favourites, Over/Under 44.5 points

Two old rivals face off in New England as the Patriots meet the Steelers. These two storied franchises aren't among the contenders but sit 1-1 after mixed starts to the year. Mike Vrabel is looking for his first home win as Patriots coach, while Aaron Rodgers will hope to bounce back from a disappointing loss to the Seahawks.

• Eagles -3.5 point favourites, Over/Under 45.5 Points

The defending Super Bowl winners Philadelphia have started with consecutive wins over the Cowboys and Chiefs, despite not being entirely convincing on offense. They face a Rams team that are also 2-0, who many are tipping as a Super Bowl dark horse. These two met in the divisional round of the playoffs last year, with the Eagles winning a close one 28-22.

• Buccaneers -7 point favourites, Over/Under 44.5 points

The Buccaneers have started 2025 with impressive road wins in Atlanta and Houston, and return home looking to go 3-0. Rookie wide receiver Emeka Egbuka has been an instant fit with three touchdowns already. Tampa meets a New York team searching for its first win, with Jets QB Justin Fields likely to be out with a concussion.

• Colts -3 point favourites, Over/Under 43.5 points

The Colts have been the early surprise package in the NFL, with former Giants QB Daniel Jones revitalised and leading them to a 2-0 start. They have a good chance to go 3-0 and lay down a marker in this AFC South clash against the Titans, who are still feeling their way with rookie quarterback Cam Ward.

• Northwest Stadium, Maryland, Sunday 6pm

• Commanders -6 point favourites, Over/Under 47.5 points

Washington are sweating on the injury status of star QB Jayden Daniels, who suffered a knee injury in their Week 2 loss to the Packers. The Commanders come up against a Raiders team who have seen the good and bad of Geno Smith in his two starts so far.

• SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles, Sunday 9.05pm

• Chargers -2.5 point favourites, Over/Under 45.5 points

This is an important early game in the AFC West between Chargers and Broncos, with both teams sensing an opportunity that the all-conquering Chiefs era may finally be coming to an end. Jim Harbaugh's Chargers are looking to go 3-0, while Denver are coming off the back of a last-second loss to the Colts that left them 1-1.

• Seahawks -7.5 point favourites, Over/Under 41.5 points

Seattle pulled off an impressive win on the road in Pittsburgh in Week Two after a close loss to the 49ers to open things up. The Seahawks are aiming for back-to-back wins against the Saints, who have been competitive but find themselves 0-2. New Orleans are expected to be in the running for a high draft pick in 2026.

• Soldier Field, Chicago, Sunday 9.25pm

• Bears -1 point favourites, Over/Under 48.5 points

The Bears and Ben Johnson were embarrassed against the Lions in Week 2, and next up for Chicago is the Dallas Cowboys, who won a thrilling match against the Giants in overtime. The two defenses shipped a combined 89 points last time out, so it could be another high-scoring affair.

• 49ers -1.5 point favourites, Over/Under 43.5 points

These two divisional rivals arrive in Week 3 with two wins each, and the 49ers and Cardinals could take charge of a wide-open NFC West with a win here. The Cardinals are looking to take the next step under coach Jonathan Gannon and QB Kyler Murray, while Mac Jones will lead the 49ers again in the absence of Brock Purdy.

• Chiefs -6 point favourites, Over/Under 44.5 points

Russell Wilson had a career-high day in passing yards against the Cowboys, but his backbreaking interception ultimately cost the Giants in overtime. New York faces a Chiefs team that are wounded after starting 0-2, and with questions being asked whether their dynasty is coming to an end. Don't write Mahomes off yet.

• Ravens -6 point favourites, Over/Under 51.5 points

Week 3's marquee match sees the Baltimore Ravens face the Detroit Lions, as the AFC's and NFC's elite go head-to-head on Monday night. Baltimore have scored 40 points in back-to-back games, but could regret throwing away a 15-point lead to Buffalo come January. The Lions were humbled by the Packers, but took revenge on the Bears by scoring 52 points. These two Super Bowl contenders are 1-1 and neither will want two early losses on their record.
