Ladbrokes share predictions for Nottingham Forest vs Coventry in the Premier League
The score prediction is a 2-0 Nottingham Forest win, with Cov's goalless start to continue
Morgan Gibbs-White remains central to Forest’s attack and is tipped for at least three shots

Nottingham Forest welcome Coventry to the City Ground after collecting five points from their last three Premier League matches. Their 2-1 victory at Aston Villa offered the clearest sign yet that Oliver Glasner’s system is taking shape.
Coventry arrive without a point or goal from their opening four league games. This preview covers the predicted lineups, our 2-0 correct-score pick and a four-leg Bet Builder built around Forest’s attacking threat and the visitors’ difficult start.

Morgan Gibbs-White remains Forest’s main link between midfield and attack. He registered two attempts and supplied an assist in the 2-1 win at Aston Villa, while Coventry have already conceded 10 goals across four league matches. With Gibbs-White operating close to the striker in Glasner’s 3-4-2-1, we are backing him to reach three shots.
Coventry are still searching for their first Premier League goal after defeats to Arsenal, Hull, Manchester City and Brighton. Their only goal against top-flight opposition this season came in Wednesday’s 3-1 Carabao Cup defeat to Aston Villa. Forest have conceded just four times in four league games, making under 1.5 Coventry goals an appealing second leg.
Liam Delap opened his Forest account in last weekend’s 2-1 victory at Aston Villa, scoring after being trusted to lead the line. He produced six attempts in that match and previously scored 12 Premier League goals for Ipswich in 2024/25, his last season as a regular starter. Coventry have conceded in every league game this season, so Delap is our choice to find the net.
Forest have responded well since losing their opening league game against Leeds. Draws with Liverpool and Tottenham were followed by three points at Villa Park, leaving Glasner’s side unbeaten in three. Coventry have lost all four Premier League matches and were also beaten by Aston Villa in midweek, while Forest had a full week to prepare. We are backing the hosts to win.
