We’ve assembled five expert-backed Premier League picks for the latest weekend of action (Oct 03-Oct 05), with some unmissable games promising to deliver. They're not easy to call - but we've done our very best.
So without further ado, let's dive into our Premier League 2025/26 weekly acca for GW7.
Premier League 2025/26 weekly accumulator
Spurs to win away at Leeds
After salvaging underwhelming draws in the closing moments of their last two matches, Spurs return to Premier League action with a point to prove as they face Leeds United at Elland Road. Thomas Frank's side return from a testing Champions League tie in Norway, and while they will be buoyed by the character shown, they'll know they haven't been good enough in recent weeks.
With that in mind, we think they'll put in a strong performance against Leeds, with the hosts struggling to find any real momentum. Daniel Farke's side have only won one of their last five Premier League games, but they remain unbeaten at home, with two draws to add to their opening-day win over Everton. This will be a cracking watch to kick-off Saturday's action, and we're backing Spurs to edge it over a determined Leeds side.
Man United and Sunderland to draw
Manchester United's home form may well have turned a corner in the early stages of this Premier League season, with the Red Devils picking up maximum points from their last two games at Old Trafford - albeit with a huge stroke of fortune in both games. An in-form Sunderland side visit Manchester on Saturday, and as they look down on their hosts in the table, we're backing the Black Cats to grab a decent point away from home.
United are hard to read, with Ruben Amorim still yet to win consecutive Premier League games as manager, but they are proving to be trickier to beat at home than they have been in recent seasons.
Big-money signings renewed fans' optimism before the campaign kicked off, but with Sunderland arriving off the back of an impressive 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest, United will be cautious ahead of this one. Ladbrokes is predicting that these two will cancel each other out, with a score draw on the cards.
Chelsea and Liverpool to draw
The match of the weekend comes from Stamford Bridge as Chelsea welcome champions Liverpool to London. Defeat last week saw Liverpool surrender their position as favourites for this season's Premier League title for the first time, with Arsenal now the front-runners, and we're expecting another tight game for the Reds this weekend.
Chelsea have been on a poor run of form in the league, picking up just one point from their last three, and have recently made a habit of getting red cards - going down to 10 men in three of their last four matches. They were well beaten by Brighton last weekend, but generally their home form is pretty strong, so we think they'll provide a real test for Liverpool.
Arne Slot's side still sit at the top of the league, but late winners aren't a reliable tactic every week. We're backing another draw here, with both sides failing to impress defensively.
Newcastle to beat Nottingham Forest
Fresh off the back of their biggest ever Champions League victory, Newcastle turn their attention back to the Premier League and the visit of Nottingham Forest, with both sides still looking to really kickstart their campaigns.
With just one win each so far this season, neither side has discovered the form that propelled them into Europe, with new Forest boss Ange Postecoglou still hunting for his first league win. Newcastle's last home game ended in heartbreak thanks to a 96th-minute Arsenal winner, but we're backing them to bounce back here against a side yet to win an away game all season.
Last season's meeting at St. James' Park was a 4-3 thriller, so neutrals certainly wouldn't be against something similar. It could be another tight one, but we're tipping Newcastle to claim all three points.
Man City to win away at Brentford
Rounding up our 2025/26 Premier League accumulator for gameweek 7, we have the Sunday afternoon kick off, with Brentford welcoming Manchester City to the Gtech Community Stadium. Brentford have picked up four points from their last three home games against Man City, so will be confident of maintaining their strong record - but we can only see one winner, with Pep's side looking formidable.
Erling Haaland has quickly built a gap between himself and the rest of the pack chasing the Golden Boot, and the big Norwegian features in our fancied Premier League bets ahead of GW7. Phil Foden also has an excellent record at the Gtech, scoring every one of City's last five goals here, so another standout performance from the Englishman could also be on the cards. Despite late disappointment in the Champions League, City will be too strong for Keith Andrews' Bees.
You can bet on these five games individually, or combine the matches into an accumulator bet, as seen below.
