Canada and Morocco backed to both score, with Mbappe tipped to continue Golden Boot push
The co-hosts and Atlas Lions are expected to entertain, while France’s superstar is backed to score again

Check out our 2026 World Cup accumulator tips for day 24 of the tournament, as the Round of 16 continues with two intriguing knockout ties.
Canada and Morocco meet in a game that looks too close to call, with both teams carrying plenty of attacking momentum into the last 16, while France take on Paraguay after the South Americans stunned Germany on penalties in the previous round.
Below you'll find our acca tips for day 24 of the World Cup, which we will be providing on a daily basis throughout the tournament.

Canada vs Morocco (Saturday, 4 July, 2026 - 18:00 BST)
Paraguay vs France (Saturday, 4 July, 2026 - 22:00 BST)
The first pick of our day 24 acca comes from Canada vs Morocco, where we're backing both teams to score.
Canada have scored in every game they've played at the World Cup so far, finding the back of the net nine times across their four matches. Jesse Marsch's side have had plenty to celebrate, and after beating South Africa to make it through to the Round of 16, the co-hosts will be full of belief.
They now face their toughest test of the tournament, though, with Morocco arriving in the last 16 after overcoming the Netherlands on penalties. The African side impressed in the group stage, drawing with Brazil before beating Scotland and Haiti, and they have also scored in every game at this World Cup, netting seven times across their four matches.
This is a hard one to call. Our gut instinct is that Morocco have enough quality to progress, but Canada have been too dangerous going forward to ignore, especially with their home crowd behind them.
Morocco have also conceded in all but one of their games at the tournament, even letting two in against Haiti in their final group stage match.
Since the March international break, 67% of Morocco's games have seen both teams find the back of the net, and that run includes fixtures against Madagascar and Burundi, both of which they kept clean sheets in. With that in mind, and with Canada yet to draw a blank at the tournament, both teams to score is the first pick of our acca.
The second and final pick of our World Cup acca is for Kylian Mbappe to score when France take on Paraguay on Saturday evening.
When the knockout stage started, France may well have been preparing themselves for a blockbuster last-16 tie with Germany. But the European giants were shocked by Paraguay on penalties, meaning Didier Deschamps' side now face a much more favourable match-up on paper as they look to book their place in the quarter-finals.
In that game, we're tipping Mbappe to score, taking his tally for the tournament to at least seven goals. The France captain has scored six in four games so far, hitting braces against Senegal, Iraq and Sweden, while even the one game he failed to score in against Norway saw him register two assists.
France's attack looks frightening, and Mbappe is the main reason why. He has been at his clinical best throughout the tournament, with 46% of his shots on target ending in a goal, and that World Cup form comes after a remarkable season for Real Madrid, where he scored 42 times in 44 games.
Paraguay deserve huge credit for knocking out Germany, and they have tightened things up since their opening match, but their 4-1 defeat to USA showed that they can be got at by elite attacking sides. Against this France team, and with Mbappe looking every bit the Golden Boot contender, we're backing him to find the net again.
So an Mbappe goal is our final pick, bringing a close to our acca for the opening day of the World Cup Round of 16.
