BEFORE CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS AND WAGERING REQUIREMENTS, AS EXPLAINED BELOW.  

These terms and conditions apply to this Slot Rivals Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD  

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) daily from 15:30 (UK time) on 11^th November 2024 until further notice. (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This promotion will include the following:
   1. Slot Rivals Tournaments 
   2. Slot Rivals Rapid Rounds 
3. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years of age; and
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

4. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

5. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
   1. log in to their Website Account;
   2. access the “Slot Rivals” lobby during the Promotional Period;
   3. launch the Slot Rivals Tournament or Rapid Round (defined below); and
   4. play the chosen Slot Rivals Tournament or Rapid Round by:
      1. spinning the reel; and
      2. deploying weapons (detailed below) when available.
6. The Slot Rivals lobby will detail the following:
   1. “Slot Rivals Tournaments or Rapid Rounds Tournament Periods” – The times a Slot Masters version of the specific slot game (bonus rounds removed, run off a random number generator to make all play random). 
   2. “Battle Length” – the duration of the battle within the Tournament.
   3. “Number of Players” – the number of players required for the battle.
   4. “Battles Left” – the number of battles within a Tournament remaining for the day.
   5. “Tournament Ends” – the date and time the Tournament Period completes.
   6. “Tournament Starts In” – the date and time the Tournament Period starts.
   7. “Available Weapons” – all weapons and the number of each available for the battles. 
   8. “Leaderboard” – the leaderboard table detailing the top players, points and the rewards.

SLOT RIVALS TOURNAMENT MECHANICS

7. “Slot Rival Tournaments” are free to play tournaments and consist of multiplayer head-to-head battles (“Slot Rivals Battles”) which give Eligible Players a chance to collect points during the Tournament Period to gain entry onto a leaderboard to win rewards. 
8. Multiple Slot Rivals tournaments will be held daily throughout the Promotional Period, between 10:00 - 07:59. The full tournaments schedule can be found on the Slot Rivals lobby page, which can be accessed HERE. 
9. Eligible Players who have accumulated enough points from Slots Rivals Battles throughout the Tournament Period will be entered on the leaderboard.
10. Eligible Players who have reached the leaderboard, will have their usernames displayed on the leaderboard table. By participating in a Slot Rivals Tournament, Eligible Players acknowledge that their usernames may be listed on the leaderboard. 
11. Eligible Players who place in the leaderboard rankings at the end of the Tournament Period will receive a reward.
12. It is not a requirement for an Eligible Player to remain in the game for the whole Tournament Period, only to use their available Slot Rival Battles within this time.
13. Upon accessing the Slot Rivals Tournament promotional page, an Eligible Player must click on “Play” which will launch a Slot Rivals Battle and place them with two opponents.
14. Opponents will be other Eligible Players chosen at random. In the event live players are not available, an Eligible Player will play against an automated BOT.
15. Once the Slot Rivals Battle starts, Eligible Players need to press the “Spin” button to play and continue to press the spin button to accumulate points.
16. When a Chest symbol lands on the middle reel, the reels will stop spinning and show a selection of weapons to choose from. Each weapon has a different power and can be used to accumulate more points, protect existing points held or affect an opponent’s points.
17. Eligible Players must choose a weapon and then select an opponent, by clicking on the red target that appears over the opponents’ reels, to attack with their chosen weapon.
18. Weapon uses:
    • Archer/Fence/Harpoon: Blocks opponents centre reel for a period of time. 
    • Freeze/Flag/Anchor: Freezes opponents Reels for a period of time. 
    • Lock/Octopus: Locks opponents Chests for a period of time. 
    • Sword/Whip: Slashes 50% of the opponents balance. 
    • Bomb/Horseshoe/Canon: Destroys 100% of opponents balance. 
    • Thief/Hook: Steals 50% of opponents’ balance.
    • Raid/Flag: Steals 100% of the opponents balance. 
    • Shield/Shark Cage: Defends against all attacks for a period of time. 
    • Axe/Rake/Shark: Stops opponent scoring points for a period of time. 
    • Mirror/Telescope: Reflects the effect of any weapon used by an opponent on you, back on to them. 
19. Each Slot Rivals Battle will last for a minimum of 1 minute up to a maximum of 3 minutes depending on the Slot Rivals Tournament entered (the “Battle Length”).
20. The Eligible Player with the most points at the end of the Battle Length will win that Slots Rivals Battle.
21. The number of Slot Rivals Battles which an Eligible Player can participate in, during a Slot Rivals Tournament, will be specified in the Slot Rivals Tournament lobby. 
22. The leaderboard will update after each Slot Rival Battle ends.
23. Once the Tournament Period is over, Eligible Players who rank in the leaderboard will be rewarded based leaderboard reward structure which can be found on the “Slot Rivals” Tournament promotional landing page here.
24. Rewards include: Cash, Casino Bonus and/or Free Spins. 
25. Eligible Players with Euro (€) accounts are paid in a Euro value equivalent to GBP (£). For example, £5 Cash Reward = €5 Cash Reward. 

SLOT RIVALS RAPID ROUNDS MECHANICS

26. “Slot Rival Rapid Rounds” are free to play tournaments and consist of multiplayer head-to-head battles (“Slot Rivals Battles”) which give Eligible Players a chance to collect points during the Tournament Period to win rewards. 
27. Slot Rivals Rapid Round tournaments will be held on certain days throughout the Promotional Period, between 18:00 – 20:00. The full tournaments schedule can be found on the Slot Rivals Promotions lobby, which can be accessed HERE. 
28. Upon accessing the Slot Rivals Tournament promotional page, an Eligible Player must click on “Play” which will launch a Slot Rivals Battle and place them with two opponents.
29. Opponents will be other Eligible Players chosen at random. In the event live players are not available, an Eligible Player will play against an automated BOT.
30. At the start of each Rapid Round Battle, a wheel will spin that will determine the reward that can be won in that Battle. 
31. Once the Slot Rivals Battle starts, Eligible Players need to press the “Spin” button to play and continue to press the spin button to accumulate points.

34. Weapon uses:
    1. Lock Reel: Blocks opponents centre reel for a period of time. 
    2. Freeze: Freezes opponents Reels for a period of time. 
    3. No Wishes: Locks opponents Chests for a period of time. 
    4. Sword: Slashes 50% of the opponents balance. 
    5. Hammer: Destroys 100% of opponents balance. 
    6. Steal 50: Steals 50% of opponents’ balance.
    7. Steal 100: Steals 100% of the opponents balance. 
    8. Shield: Defends against all attacks for a period of time. 
35. Each Slot Rivals Battle will last for a minimum of 1 minute up to a maximum of 3 minutes depending on the Slot Rivals Tournament entered (the “Battle Length”).
36. The Eligible Player with the most points at the end of the Battle Length will win that Slots Rivals Battle.
37. Once the Rapid Round is over, the Eligible Player who scored the most points will be rewarded based on reward structure which was outlined at the start of the Battle.
38. If one or more players have the same winning score, both players will be rewarded with the reward. 
39. Rewards include: Cash or Free Spins. 
40. A player can only take part in 1 Rapid Round Tournament per day. 
41. Eligible Players with Euro (€) accounts are paid in a Euro value equivalent to GBP (£). For example, £5 Cash Reward = €5 Cash Reward. 

CASH REWARDS SPECIFIC TERMS  

42. Cash rewards will be credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account cash balance within 24 hours of the tournament end time.
43. Cash rewards won from this Promotion carry no wagering requirement.
44. The maximum Cash reward that an Eligible Player can receive from this Promotion is £50.00 and the minimum is £1.

 CASINO BONUS REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

45. If an Eligible Player is awarded a Casino Bonus Reward, they will receive a Casino Bonus of £1 to be used on selected games only, this will be shown on the message displayed on screen when the Eligible Player wins this Reward (see point 51 for excluded games) 
46. The Casino Bonus will be credited within 24 hours of the tournament end time or instantly when completing within a Rapid Round. 
47. The Wagering Requirements for this Casino Bonus Reward are as follows:

A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 1 TIMES THE CASINO BONUS REWARD AMOUNT.  
For example: £1 BONUS = £1 WAGERING.  

48. The above Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus Reward must be met within seven (7) days of being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Wagering requirements are not met within seven (7) days, any funds in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
49. An Eligible Player can withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst their Casino Bonus is active). If an Eligible Player elects to withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements are met, they will forfeit any winnings in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.
50. Stakes placed on any of the excluded games listed in point 51 will not contribute towards the necessary Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus reward.

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC TERMS

52. An Eligible Player will only be able to use their Free Spins on the games in the pop up shown when winning the Reward. 
53. Each Free Spin has a value of £0.10.
54. The maximum number of Free Spins that an Eligible Player can receive from this Promotion is 10 and the minimum is 3. This will be shown on the pop up when the Reward is credited to the Eligible Players account.
55. Free spins will be credited within 24 hours of the tournament end time or instantly when completing within a Rapid Round.
56. Eligible Players must use their Free Spins within 7 days of them being credited to their Website account, otherwise they will expire and not be reissued.
57. Any winnings from the Free Spins will be credited to the cash balance of an Eligible Player’s Website account. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the Free Spins. 
58. There is no cash alternative to the Free Spins. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

59. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
60. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s Website account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. 61. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify and/or is excluded from receiving its offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
62. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
63. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour. 
64. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
