Aston Villa
Ladbrokes share predictions for Barcelona vs Aston Villa in the Champions League
Barcelona are predicted to win 3-1, with both teams on the scoresheet
Raphinha and Nicolas Jackson are backed for shots on target

Aston Villa have a hugely difficult task to continue their perfect record in the league phase of the Champions League as they visit Barcelona at the Camp Nou.
Unai Emery's men are second behind only holders Paris Saint-Germain in the current standings after beating Club Brugge, Fenerbahce and Viking so far, but they'll know they face a huge step up in quality against the five-time winners, who have won two and lost one of their games so far. It is the first meeting between the two sides since Villa beat the Spanish giants in the UEFA Super Cup all the way back in 1982/83.

Raphinha has been in sensational form in a more central role for Barcelona this season, scoring 17 goals in 15 games across all competitions, including two in two in the Champions League. The Brazilian currently averages 1.5 shots on target per match in the competition, but we think there'll be more opportunities for the 29-year-old in this game to beat that tally, so two shots on target for Raphinha is our first pick.
Nicolas Jackson is enjoying a purple patch of his own at Villa right now, scoring his fifth goal in as many Premier League games despite his side dropping points at home in a 1-1 draw with Fulham. The Senegal striker also has three goals in Europe this season and should get ample opportunity to test Joan Garcia with another effort.
For all of Barcelona's impressive attacking output, the high-line approach adopted by Hansi Flick means clean sheets can often be a rarity, especially in the Champions League. The Blaugrana are yet to keep a clean sheet in Europe this season, most recently shipping four at PSG, while Villa have scored 12 goals across just three games in the competition. There looks to be at least a goal in this for Villa as a result.
We do believe Barcelona will get the win at home, with this perhaps a step too far for Emery's new-look Villa. Barcelona come into this game off the back of a 6-1 victory over Alaves in LaLiga, while Villa stumbled against Fulham only a few days after a poor Carabao Cup exit to Bournemouth, suggesting there is still work to be done to reach their previous heights. As the odds suggest, it looks like a Barcelona victory on Tuesday night.
