Ladbrokes share predictions for Brighton & Hove Albion vs Crystal Palace in the Premier League
Brighton expected to win 3-1 on another excellent afternoon at the AMEX
Yeremi Pino backed for a shot on target, with Quinten Timber tipped to commit a foul

Fierce rivals reunite at the AMEX this Sunday as Brighton and Crystal Palace go head-to-head in the Premier League, with crucial points and all-important bragging rights up for grabs.
The Seagulls have made a dream start to the new season, with four wins from six and a victory in their first Conference League match, while the visiting Eagles start the day six points behind (and fresh off Europa League defeat in Lyon), so the hosts are clear favourites here - but Palace's record at the AMEX is not to be sniffed at.

Fabian Hurzeler's side currently sit third in the Premier League as the division's highest scorers, with 18 goals in just six games - including three or more on four separate occasions - and we're predicting another fruitful day for the hosts. The Seagulls have scored 17 in their last five across all competitions, and put three past Arsenal in their last PL home game, so against a Crystal Palace defence with just one clean sheet to their name, Brighton to score over 2.5 goals seems a strong pick.
Crystal Palace do offer plenty of threat themselves, and with a goal in three of his last four club matches, Yeremi Pino is hitting form at an important time, so we're tipping him to have another shot on target here. The 23-year-old has added goals to his game under new boss Pierre Sage, with a season average of more than 1.5 shots per game this term, so despite Brighton keeping four clean sheets in their last five games, we're expecting the Spaniard to test Bart Verbruggen on Sunday.
Brother of Premier League champion Jurrien, Quinten Timber has made an excellent start to life at Crystal Palace, complementing Adam Wharton beautifully in the middle of the park - but we are expecting the Dutchman to commit at least one foul on a difficult afternoon. Brighton's fluid midfield can be almost impossible to contain at times, with the likes of Pascal Gross constantly popping up in dangerous areas, and with Timber already committing just shy of two fouls per 90 in the Premier League, we aren't anticipating him letting up on derby day.
Five consecutive wins in all competitions have Brighton as the country's in-form team right now, and having not conceded a Premier League goal since early September, they're well and truly riding the crest of a wave - and we can't see Crystal Palace stopping them. Ladbrokes' latest betting markets have the Seagulls as odds-on favourites for all three points here, despite Palace not losing to their arch rivals since February 2024, and with a win keeping them comfortably inside the top three, are we looking at this season's surprise title challengers?
