Ladbrokes dive into the 2026 Darts World Grand Prix
Luke Littler priced as the early favourite as he looks to retain his title
Luke Humphries tipped to challenge after reaching three consecutive finals at this event

Ahead of the 2026 Darts World Grand Prix, Ladbrokes share expert betting tips, predictions, and the latest live odds, as Luke Littler looks to defend his crown.
The two-time world champion arrives in Leicester as the man to beat once again, as 32 players fight it out for a piece of silverware that has seen a different winner in each of the last six years - so it really is up for grabs here. The only PDC event that uses the 'double in, double out' format, the World Grand Prix has long been one of the calendar's more eye-catching tournaments, and we're anticipating another unmissable week of darts here.
Below, Ladbrokes' experts share insights on the latest darts odds and betting markets, with betting tips and predictions included.
Date: September 28 - October 4, 2026
Venue: Mattioli Arena, Leicester, UK
Prize fund: £750,000
Winner's share: £150,000
Reigning champion: Luke Littler
Luke Littler enters the tournament as firm favourite to retain his crown, with the World Championship favourite claiming yet another piece of silverware with a dominant victory over Luke Humphries - who the bookies have priced as second-favourite here behind the seemingly untouchable teenager.
Humphries has reached three consecutive finals at the World Grand Prix, losing the last two, but arrives in top form having won 11 of his last 13 matches - which includes a win over Littler at the US Darts Masters.
A jump in the odds then brings us to Gerwyn Price, who remains a constant threat, before Gian van Veen, James Wade, and Ross Smith complete the bookies' top six with odds of 20/1.
Six-time World Grand Prix winner Michael van Gerwen, 2021 champion Jonny Clayton, and up-and-coming Dutchman Wessel Nijman are also given a decent chance of picking up the trophy according to Ladbrokes' latest odds, with Chris Dobey and Nathan Aspinall leading the pack of outsiders.
Our World Grand Prix prediction: Luke Littler to win again
