Ladbrokes share predictions for Everton vs Manchester United in the Premier League
Man United predicted to win 2-1, with Marcus Rashford scoring his first of the season
Thierno Barry tipped for a shot on target, while Harrison Armstrong picks up a card

Having picked up four points from their opening two Premier League games, Everton welcome Manchester United to the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Sunday, with the Toffees hunting back-to-back home wins for the first time since March.
David Moyes' side snatched a late point from Bournemouth last week, while United thumped Ipswich at Old Trafford, so two confident teams collide in the North-West - but with some deadline-day disruption throwing a spanner into Everton's plans, it's the visitors who arrive as favourites.

With Marcus Rashford returning to a Manchester United starting lineup last week, it seems as though Michael Carrick is going to give the England man a chance to show his class - and with four goals in his last three against Everton, we're tipping him to score on Sunday. The 28-year-old's last United goal actually came against the Toffees back in December 2024, and with his sights set on the Premier League 100 Club, we're backing him to open his account for the new campaign this weekend.
Thierno Barry suddenly finds himself as Everton's only striker, but with four goals already in all competitions, he has proven he's more than capable of stepping up. We've previously predicted him to get 15 Premier League goals this season, and with the Frenchman already averaging nearly two shots on target per 90 this term, he's our pick to test Senne Lammens with another effort on goal here.
Everton fans have already made clear just how highly they rate Harrison Armstrong, but against such an experienced Man United side, our experts are tipping him to pick up a card this weekend. The 19-year-old is committing an average of over 2.5 fouls per game in the league, and is winning the same number of tackles, so he's never far away from the action in the heart of that Everton midfield - but we can see him getting caught out at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
After hitting Ipswich for five last week, Man United's frontline looks as though it's hitting its stride, so we're backing the Red Devils to edge an entertaining affair on Sunday afternoon. You have to go back to 2024 for the last time a home team won this fixture, with both sides winning the away leg last term, and despite Everton arriving off the back of an unbeaten start to the season, United's firepower should prove too strong again here.
