It’s one of the biggest weeks of the year in the NFL simply because of the annual triple-header on the American Thanksgiving holiday Thursday as well as the fairly new Black Friday standalone game. Because of the holiday, no teams are on the bye. Here’s a look at all Week 13 games with NFL odds, played Sunday unless noted.

NFL Week 13 Predictions: Best Picks Against the Spread

Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions, Thursday

Point spread: Lions -2.5

Per usual, the Lions host the first game on the American Thanksgiving with a 6pm GMT kickoff. These teams opened the season at Lambeau Field, and the Packers dominated in a 27-13 win. Jordan Love threw a pair of touchdown passes and Micah Parsons had a sack in his Green Bay debut. Both won Sunday at home to stay within striking distance of first-place Chicago in the NFC North. The Lions are top five in the league in total and scoring offence, while the Packers are top five in total and scoring defence.

Pick ATS: Detroit

Kansas City Chiefs at Dallas Cowboys, Thursday

Point spread: Chiefs -3.5

Per usual, the Cowboys host the middle game on the American Thanksgiving with a 9.30 GMT kickoff. These might be the two most popular teams in the NFL right now and neither may make the playoffs, which would be a total gut-punch for the league. But both got crucial late wins Sunday to help their chances. The Chiefs were down 11 at home to the Colts in the fourth quarter but won 23-20 in OT. The Cowboys were down 21-0 at home to the Eagles in the second but won 24-21. Kansas City QB Patrick Mahomes grew up not too far from AT&T Stadium.

Pick ATS: Dallas

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens, Thursday

Point spread: Ravens -7

This sits in the usual Thursday night slot on the holiday, and the teams in this last game of the Thanksgiving tripleheader rotate annually. It’s the first meeting of the season between the AFC North clubs. Baltimore swept two high-scoring games last year. The Bengals are going nowhere this season but are expecting the return of superstar Joe Burrow for this one. He had surgery for turf toe on Sept. 19. Burrow will have top WR Ja’Marr Chase after he was suspended Week 12, but not No. 2 Tee Higgins as he suffered a concussion in Sunday’s loss. Baltimore has won five straight in largely dominant fashion.

Pick ATS: Baltimore (alt -6.5)

Chicago Bears at Philadelphia Eagles, Friday

Point spread: Eagles -7

An 8pm GMT kick off on Black Friday between division leaders and streamed on, what else, Prime Video. Chicago tries for the Pennsylvania sweep after a wild 31-28 home win over Pittsburgh on Sunday behind three Caleb Williams TD passes. But an injury-ravaged defence lost a couple more guys. I’d expect an extremely motivated Eagles side after they blew a 21-0 lead in Dallas on Sunday night and stunned, 24-21. The tied for the largest blown lead by a defending Super Bowl champion in history.

Pick ATS: Philadelphia (alt -6.5)

Loading...

San Francisco 49ers at Cleveland Browns

Point spread: 49ers -5.5

San Francisco defeated Carolina on Monday to conclude Week 12. Shedeur Sanders made his first NFL start under centre for the Browns on Sunday, and it went quite well as he led a 24-10 upset win in Las Vegas. Sanders became the first Browns quarterback to win his first career start since 1995. And even though fellow rookie and previous starter Dillon Gabriel is now out of concussion protocol, Sanders will start again.

Pick ATS: Cleveland (alt +7)

Loading...

Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans

Point spread: Jaguars -6.5

First meeting of the year between AFC South rivals, with Jacksonville sweeping two lower-scoring games last year. Tennessee played hard on Sunday but remains the only team without multiple wins after a 30-24 home loss to Seattle. It was the Titans’ 10th straight home loss, the longest active streak in the NFL. Jacksonville became the first NFL team since 2020 to win with at least a minus-four turnover margin Sunday in Arizona, 27-24 in OT. Trevor Lawrence had three TD passes but also three INTs.

Pick ATS: Jacksonville

Loading...

Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts

Point spread: Colts -4

First meeting of the year between AFC South rivals, with Houston sweeping two close games last year. Houston upset visiting Buffalo, 23-19 on Thursday in Week 12 for a third straight win – all with backup Davis Mills at quarterback. But starter C.J. Stroud is expected back this week. The Colts out of their bye had every chance to get a massive win in Kansas City on Sunday but blew a 20-9 fourth-quarter lead in a 23-20 OT loss. QB Daniel Jones disappeared down the stretch and cracks might be showing.

Pick ATS: Houston

Loading...

New Orleans Saints at Miami Dolphins

Point spread: Dolphins -6

Miami comes off its bye and might be saving coach Mike McDaniel’s job by winning three of the past four. Although, McDaniel has some very curious play-calls in the team’s 16-13 OT win over Washington in Spain in Week 11. Tailback De’Von Achane had his second game in a row with at least 165 yards from scrimmage, which no Dolphins running back had done since 2016. New Orleans lost Sunday, 24-10 at home to Atlanta on Sunday and has been held to 17 points or fewer in five straight games for the first time since 2005. Top tailback Alvin Kamara left injured.

Pick ATS: Miami

Atlanta Falcons at New York Jets

Point spread: Falcons -2.5

Playing without starting QB Michael Penix Jr. (out for season) and No. 1 wideout Drake London (week-to-week), the Falcons were able to win, 24-10 in New Orleans on Sunday to snap a five-game skid and perhaps save coach Raheem Morris’ job for one more week. Jets coach Aaron Glenn opted to bench QB Justin Fields for the Week 12 game vs. Baltimore, but things got no better with backup Tyrod Taylor in a 23-10 loss. Not clear who may start this week. It doesn’t much matter. Amazingly, the Jets now have 10 straight losses when scoring first.

Pick ATS: Jets (alt +3)

Arizona Cardinals at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Point spread: Bucs -2.5

The Bucs not only got crushed on Sunday at the Los Angeles Rams, 34-7, on Sunday night to lose a third straight game and open up the division race, but QB Baker Mayfield injured his shoulder. He was seen in a sling, but the good news is that it’s his non-throwing shoulder. An MRI will determine if he can play this week. Teddy Bridgewater is the backup in Tampa. Arizona lost a third game in a row Sunday, 27-24 in OT to Jacksonville. The Cardinals are now 0-6 in games decided by four points or fewer this season.

Pick ATS: Tampa Bay

Loading...

Los Angeles Rams at Carolina Panthers

Point spread: Rams -10

Carolina has to face maybe the NFL’s best overall team on a short week after the Panthers visited San Francisco on Monday to conclude Week 12. The Rams are now the Super Bowl favourites after routing Tampa Bay on Sunday night, 34-7. QB Matthew Stafford is the MVP favourite and has 27 straight passing TDs without a pick, the NFL’s single-season record. L.A. is on its first six-game winning streak since starting 8-0 in 2018 (reached the Super Bowl).

Pick ATS: Carolina (alt +10.5)

Minnesota Vikings at Seattle Seahawks

Point spread: Seahawks -9.5

Might be time to start worrying about second-year Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy as he struggled mightily again Sunday in a 23-6 loss in Green Bay and has landed in concussion protocol after reporting symptoms on the flight home. McCarthy is not ready for the NFL yet as a player, that’s evident. And it doesn’t mean he won’t play in this one quite yet. Undrafted rookie Max Brosmer will work with the first team while McCarthy remains in the protocol. Seattle avoided a trap at Tennessee on Sunday, 30-24. Jaxon Smith-Njigba became the player in NFL history with at least 75 yards receiving in 11 straight games to start a season. The first-ever 2,000-yard receiving campaign is in play.

Pick ATS: Minnesota (alt +10)

Loading...

Buffalo Bills at Pittsburgh Steelers

Point spread: Bills -3.5

Pittsburgh expects Aaron Rodgers back for this one after he missed Sunday’s 31-28 loss in Chicago with a left (non-throwing) wrist injury. Once running away with the AFC North, the Steelers have now fallen behind surging Baltimore via tiebreaker. Buffalo was stymied by a terrific Texans defence on Thursday night in Week 12, losing 23-19 in Houston. Josh Allen was sacked a career-high eight times and had zero total touchdowns and two picks to severely damage his chances of repeating as MVP.

Pick ATS: Pittsburgh

Loading...

Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers

Point spread: Chargers -10

The Chargers may have been looking ahead to their week off as they played their worst game of the season in Week 11, a 35-6 blowout loss in Jacksonville that snapped a three-game winning streak. That 29-point margin tied largest loss in Jim Harbaugh’s NFL head coach career and the Bolts managed only 135 total yards, fewest in a career start by QB Justin Herbert. The Raiders looked inept offensively yet again Sunday in a 24-10 home loss to Cleveland, and head coach Pete Carroll decided to fire offensive coordinator Chip Kelly. Los Angeles beat Las Vegas, 20-9, on Monday night in Week 2.

Pick ATS: Los Angeles (alt -9.5)

Loading...

Denver Broncos at Washington Commanders

Point spread: Broncos -6.5

Sunday night game. The Commanders don’t belong in primetime these days without the injured Jayden Daniels as they are in free-fall. Washington comes off its bye week lost a sixth straight game in Week 11, 16-13 in overtime against Miami in Spain. Washington backup QB Marcus Mariota threw a brutal interception on the first play of OT. Matt Gay missed two 50-yard field goals, including one late in regulation. He was then released. Denver is also off it bye and streaking in the other direction on an eight-game winning streak to take control of the AFC West. The top seed in the conference is also there for the taking. Denver has five fourth-quarter comeback wins already.

Pick ATS: Denver

Loading...

New York Giants at New England Patriots, Monday

Point spread: Patriots -7.5

Any Giants-Patriots matchup will surely remind most of the two Super Bowl upset wins by Eli Manning over Tom Brady and New England. These Giants are a million miles from getting back there and blew yet another double-digit lead in a loss Sunday, 34-27 in overtime. Interim head coach Mike Kafka made some baffling calls late in regulation and then made defensive coordinator Shane Bowen the scapegoat by firing him. Decent chance that rookie QB Jaxson Dart returns after missing the past two in the concussion protocol. New England won its NFL-high ninth game in a row Sunday, 26-20 in Cincinnati. The Patriots ended a 31-game losing streak when trailing by double digits at any point in a matchup.

Pick ATS: New England (alt -7)
