NFL Week 15 Predictions: Best Picks Against the Spread

Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Thursday

Point spread: Bucs -5.5

These clubs opened the season against one another in Atlanta, and the Bucs won a wild one, 23-20, on a 25-yard TD pass with under a minute left. The Falcons’ Younghoe Koo missed the potential tying 44-yard field goal at the end. Both are falling apart now. Atlanta was crushed Sunday, 37-9 at home, to lose for the seventh time in eight games. It’s moderately surprising head coach Raheem Morris still has a job. Tampa Bay was in control of the NFC South not long ago but is now tied for first after losing for the fourth time in five games Sunday, a stunning 24-20 home defeat to New Orleans.

Pick ATS: Tampa Bay

Cleveland Browns at Chicago Bears

Point spread: Bears -7.5

Chicago’s five-game winning streak was snapped Sunday, 28-21 in Green Bay, and that knocked the Bears out of not just the NFC North lead but also for the top seed in the conference. Top wideout Rome Odunze was out injured. Cleveland was a rare favourite Sunday but upset at home by Tennessee, 31-29. Rookie Shedeur Sanders threw for 364 yards and three scores with a rushing TD and has been named the starter the rest of the season.

Pick ATS: Chicago (alt -7)

Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals

Point spread: Ravens -1.5

Baltimore was in control of its destiny to win the AFC North but lost that Sunday in a surprise 27-22 home loss to Pittsburgh. There were some questionable calls, including a go-ahead Baltimore TD overturned by replay review with about three minutes left. Lamar Jackson snapped a streak of eight straight games without a rush TD and three in a row without a pass TD in a losing effort. Cincinnati blew a double-digit fourth-quarter lead in the snow in Buffalo on Sunday, losing 39-34. QB Joe Burrow’s personal eight-game winning streak was snapped. The Bengals were 32-14 upset winners in Baltimore in Week 13 on a Thursday in Burrow’s return from injury.

Pick ATS: Cincinnati

Loading...

Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs

Point spread: Chiefs -5.5

These clubs opened the season against one another in Brazil, and the Chargers won, 27-21, to snap a seven-game skid in the series. It’s a short week for Los Angeles after hosting the Eagles on Monday night to close Week 14. Kansas City’s playoff chances are in serious jeopardy after a 20-10 home loss on Sunday to Houston. It officially ended the team’s streak of nine straight AFC West titles. This is the latest the Chiefs have been under .500 since 2012, the season before they hired coach Andy Reid. They have to win out now and get help.

Pick ATS: Kansas City

Loading...

Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots

Point spread: Bills -1.5

New England was a 23-20 upset winner in Buffalo in Week 5. Thus, with a two-game lead the Patriots would clinch the AFC East title with a win here as they come out of their bye on a 10-game winning streak that is tied for the NFL’s longest. Buffalo, which has won five straight AFC East titles, staged a wild 39-34 comeback win over Cincinnati on Sunday in the snow. Josh Allen had four total touchdowns to become the player all-time with three seasons of at least 20 passing and 10 rushing TDs.

Pick ATS: New England

Loading...

Washington Commanders at New York Giants

Point spread: Giants -2.5

Both these disappointing NFC East teams are playing out the string. The Commanders for some reason allowed young franchise QB Jayden Daniels to return from a serious elbow injury on Sunday, and he appeared to injure it again in a 31-0 loss at Minnesota. It was the Commanders’ largest shutout loss since 1961 and their eight-game skid is the league’s longest. New York comes off its bye on a seven-game skid but holding the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, so there’s that. Washington beat New York, 21-6, in Week 1 when Russell Wilson was the Giants’ starting QB.

Pick ATS: New York

Loading...

Las Vegas Raiders at Philadelphia Eagles

Point spread: Eagles -12.5

All things equal, Philadelphia should win this by 30 but perhaps a trap game after a tough one on Monday night at the Los Angeles Chargers to conclude Week 14. The Raiders are simply an offensive joke and lost a seventh straight Sunday, 24-17 vs. Denver. For some reason – good for Raiders ATS bettors – Pete Carroll opted to kick a meaningless field goal as time expired to cover the spread.

Pick ATS: Las Vegas

Loading...

New York Jets at Jacksonville Jaguars

Point spread: Jaguars -12.5

The Jets had been showing signs of late in recent weeks but were dominated at home Sunday, 34-10 by  Miami. Starting QB Tyrod Taylor left with an injury. Backup and former starter Justin Fields was already out so undrafted rookie quarterback Brady Cook made his regular-season NFL debut. Too early know who might start here. The Jaguars won a fourth straight Sunday, 36-19 over Indianapolis, and control the AFC South for now. The offence has taken off since the trade deadline acquisition of Raiders WR Jakobi Meyers, who had another TD catch Sunday.

Pick ATS: New York

Loading...

Arizona Cardinals at Houston Texans

Point spread: Texans -9.5

Led by the NFL’s best defence, the Texans won a fifth straight Sunday, 20-10 in Kansas City and may have ended the Chiefs’ dynasty as we know it. Houston is now on track to become potentially the first team in NFL history to make the playoffs multiple times after an 0-3 start. The 2025 Texans are the only team in the last 40 seasons to allow under 225 passing yards in each of the first 13 games of a season. Not much to say about Arizona, which was routed at home Sunday by the Rams and is playing out the string. The team is on its second five-game skid of the year.

Pick ATS: Houston

Loading...

Green Bay Packers at Denver Broncos

Point spread: Packers -2.5

Potential preview of Super Bowl 60 with both leading their divisions. Green Bay took over first in the NFC North with Sunday’s fourth straight win, 28-21 over Chicago. Jordan Love has raised his game and had three more TD passes. It was the 76th career win for Matt LaFleur to tie Paul Brown for second-most by a head coach in his first seven seasons in NFL history. Denver won its 10th in a row Sunday, 24-17 over Las Vegas, and it would now be a mammoth upset if it doesn’t win the AFC West. That dominant Broncos defence is now up to 55 sacks, most by any NFL team through 13 games since 2000.

Pick ATS: Denver (alt +3)

Loading...

Detroit Lions at Los Angeles Rams

Point spread: Rams -5.5

Extremely important in the NFC, especially for Detroit as it currently sits just outside the playoff field despite getting a crucial 44-30 home win over Dallas on Thursday in Week 15. That was the Lions’ 15th straight win after a loss. Superstar WR Amon Ra-St. Brown was not expected to play due to injury but gutted it out. Tailback Jahymr Gibbs had three more TDs. The Rams easily won at Arizona on Sunday, 45-17, and retook the top spot in the entire NFC. Matthew Stafford became the first player in franchise history with at least two passing TDs in seven straight games within a season.

Pick ATS: Los Angeles

Loading...

Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints

Point spread: Panthers -2.5

If surprising Carolina misses the playoffs by a game, circle a puzzling 17-7 home loss to New Orleans in Week 10. But the Panthers caught a nice break while on their bye in Week 14 as these awful Saints were big upset winners in Tampa, 24-20, which dropped the Buccaneers into a first-place tie in the NFC South with Carolina. In that win Sunday, Tyler Shough joined Archie Manning as the only New Orleans rookie QBs to win multiple games in a season.

Pick ATS: Carolina

Loading...

Tennessee Titans at San Francisco 49ers

Point spread: 49ers -12.5

San Francisco comes off its bye and few teams likely needed one more as the Niners have been crushed by injuries this year. But they still hold an NFC Wild-Card spot and have won three straight since QB Brock Purdy returned from injury. The Titans fell out of the No. 1 overall draft spot on Sunday when they ended a seven-game skid with a 31-29 upset in Cleveland. This year’s rookie No.1 overall pick Cam Ward had his first two-TD passing game in the NFL.

Pick ATS: San Francisco

Loading...

Indianapolis Colts at Seattle Seahawks

Point spread: Seahawks -11.5

The Colts are completely falling apart. Not long ago, they were battling for the AFC’s top seed but on Sunday lost a third straight game, 36-19 in Jacksonville, and also lost QB Daniel Jones to a season-ending injury. Riley Leonard is now the only healthy QB on their 53-man roster and likely gets the call here. He was a sixth-round pick this year out of Notre Dame. Leonard looked decent in relief of Jones on Sunday, including a rushing TD. Seattle avoided a possible trap in Atlanta on Sunday with a 37-9 rout. It was the Seahawks’ 12th straight game outgaining their opponents, a team record.

Pick ATS: Seattle

Loading...

Minnesota Vikings at Dallas Cowboys

Point spread: Cowboys -6

Sunday night game. The Vikings and young QB JJ McCarthy had both been looking bad for a while, but they woke up Sunday in a 31-0 home destruction of Washington to snap a four-game skid and give McCarthy some confidence. Minnesota had been shut out itself the game before and thus became the first team since 1992 to follow being blanked by blanking another team the next week. Dallas’ playoff hopes took a near-fatal blow on Thursday last week, a 44-30 loss in Detroit. It was the third 40-point game allowed for the Cowboys, most in the league in 2025.

Pick ATS: Dallas

Loading...

Miami Dolphins at Pittsburgh Steelers, Monday

Point spread: Steelers -3

Two marquee AFC franchises with playoff hopes. Pittsburgh has much better chances after a surprise 27-22 win in Baltimore on Sunday to take charge of the AFC North. A late video reversal wiped out the go-ahead Ravens’ TD. Whether it should have wiped it out is another story. Aaron Rodgers looked solid in throwing for a TD and a season-high 284 yards. Miami has won four straight to save its season and the job of coach Mike McDaniel, but still has to win out and get a ton of help. QB Tua Tagovailoa had been 0-7 career in outdoor games where the kickoff temperature was below 46 degrees but won in those conditions Sunday at the New York Jets. Although it was mostly the Miami running game that won the game. It will be well below 46 degrees in Pittsburgh for this one.

Pick ATS: Pittsburgh (alt -2.5)
