NFL London betting odds: Jacksonville Jaguars vs LA Rams preview & prediction
Rams slight favourites in London
Two playoff hopefuls meet at Wembley Stadium as the Jacksonville Jaguars face the Los Angeles Rams in the final UK game of 2025. The Rams are 3-point favourites on the spread, with the total set at 44.5 points, as both sides arrive at 4–2 and firmly in the mix in their respective divisions.
Jacksonville have taken well to life under new head coach Liam Coen and sit second in the AFC South behind the Colts. They fell to Seattle at home in Week 6 but have already shown far more balance and creativity on offense than in previous seasons. London is familiar territory, with the Jags playing annually in the capital since 2013, excluding the COVID-hit 2020 season, and they have a 7-6 record in the UK overall.
The Rams are one of three teams at 4–2 in a competitive NFC West and come in off a 17–3 win against the beleaguered Baltimore Ravens. The likely absence of Puka Nacua, who sits second in the league in receiving yards, is a big concern for LA. With Tutu Atwell also a doubt, Davante Adams is expected to take on a bigger share of the targets.
Both defenses have forced turnovers at a high rate, with Jacksonville leading the NFL with 14 takeaways. Devin Lloyd has four interceptions, including an incredible 100-yard pick six against the Chiefs, but he's been ruled out with a calf injury. The Rams are tied-third with 10 turnovers, and Los Angeles also rank third in points allowed per game (18.3). Byron Young is second in the league with 7.5 sacks.
Anytime touchdown scorer markets
Kyren Williams has been the Rams’ most reliable scoring threat, finding the endzone five times already this season. Davante Adams has three and will likely become Stafford’s primary red-zone option if Nacua is ruled out.
For Jacksonville, Travis Etienne leads the way with three touchdowns, while Trevor Lawrence has added two on the ground. Brian Thomas Jr. opened his account last week and is growing into a bigger role in this offense.
Player props to watch
Even without Puka Nacua, the Rams will lean on the passing game. Matthew Stafford is still averaging over 280 yards per outing and has 12 touchdowns to just two interceptions. Davante Adams is averaging 66 receiving yards per game and the future Hall-of-Famer is likely to feature heavily, while tight end Tyler Higbee could see an increased role.
For Jacksonville, Brian Thomas Jr. has finally sparked into life after a slow start, with back-to-back 80+ yard games and his first touchdown of the season coming last week. UK fans will get a first glimpse of rookie two-way sensation Travis Hunter, who's getting more snaps on both sides of the ball.
On the ground, Kyren Williams remains a steady outlet and is averaging just under 100 scrimmage yards a game. His fumble cost the Rams late against San Francisco in Week 5, but his workload hasn’t dipped and he remains heavily used around the goal line. Liam Coen has revived Jacksonville's ground game behind Travis Etienne, who sits sixth in the league with 470 rushing yards.
Jaguars vs Rams prediction, best bets
The Rams look the more complete and battle-tested team, even with Puka Nacua expected to miss out. Sean McVay’s side are a genuine Super Bowl contender as long as Matthew Stafford continues to run one of the league’s most efficient passing attacks. Davante Adams should see a bump in volume, and Kyren Williams gives them balance on the ground.
Jacksonville’s improvement under Liam Coen is real, and their defense forcing a league-high 14 turnovers shows they can create moments. But losing Devon Lloyd is a major blow, and Trevor Lawrence will need help if this turns into a shootout. Travis Etienne remains a big weapon, and BTJ has come alive the past fortnight, but sustaining drives against this Rams front will be a challenge.
London has often brought chaos, but on current form the Rams carry more firepower and look better equipped to navigate the key moments. If Stafford protects the ball and the pass rush contains Lawrence outside the pocket, LA should come through and win an entertaining game.
Prediction: Rams 27-20 Jaguars
Best bets:
Rams -3
Davante Adams over 79.5 receiving yards
Kyren Williams anytime touchdown
