New England picked up a massive win in the AFC East at the Buffalo Bills in Week 4, with Drake Maye looking more like himself, but their issues on defense and with turnovers remain. The Raiders narrowly lost 30-27 to the Chiefs last week, but showed they can hang with the big boys and there are positive signs at 3-1. The tight end duo Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer are causing all sorts of problems, and Las Vegas should be able to keep up with the Patriots here. Even if they don't win, we think they cover the 3.5-point spread.
Pick: Raiders +3.5
Indianapolis running back Jonathan Taylor put on a show in London last week as the Colts beat the Commanders, rushing for 95 yards and two touchdowns. That took his tally to six scores on the year, after a superb 2025 season when he found the endzone 20 times. We're backing Taylor to score a touchdown once again in Pittsburgh.
Pick: Jonathan Taylor anytime touchdown
Detroit's defense has been woeful all season, allowing the most yards per game and 2nd-most points per game (31.8). However, their offense is one of the best in the league, scoring the 4th-most points per game (29.8), and comes up against a poor Arizona defense, which allows the 4th-most points per game (29.3). Both sides conceded 30+ points last week, so we feel confident taking the over of 53.5 points.
Pick: Over 53.5 points
The best game of the week comes in the NFC West as the reigning Super Bowl champions Seattle Seahawks take on the undefeated San Francisco 49ers. The Seahawks dominated the 49ers 41-6 in the playoffs en route to the title, and San Francisco have scored just nine points in their last two outings against Seattle. 49ers QB Brock Purdy is playing at an MVP-level through the first month and hasn't been sacked once, but that's likely to change against a fierce Seahawks defense. Jaxon Smith-Njigba has had a sensational start to 2026, with 481 receiving yards and 6 TDs in just four games. We think the home crowd in Seattle will just about give them the edge in this huge match.
Pick: Seahawks money line
