Former Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn returns to Detroit as the Jets head coach, with his former unit in disarray. The Lions defense has conceded 71 points through two games as it struggles without safety duo Brian Branch and Kerby Joseph, while former first-round cornerback Terrion Arnold was released in the offseason. Luckily for them, their offense remains strong, but they can't keep up in a shootout with the truly elite teams like Buffalo. The Jets have shown signs of improvement this season, and should really be 2-0 after throwing away a ten-point lead against the Packers last week. We're taking the over on the points total of 47.5

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Cincinnati Bengals

The Cincinnati Bengals may finally have a serious defense, after years of the unit holding them back. The Bengals offensive trio of Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins has long carried the team, but last week it was the defense - led by offseason trade Dexter Lawrence - who held the Texans to just six points. If they can keep this up, they are a legitimate Super Bowl contender. It has been an unpleasant start to what is likely future Hall-of-Famer Aaron Rodgers last season. Pittsburgh are 1-1 but have looked entirely unconvincing on offense, with just one touchdown in two games. It's a divisional game so don't write the Steelers off, but Cincinnati should be winning this one to prove their credentials.

Washington Commanders vs Seattle Seahawks

The defending Super Bowl champions continue to look the part as they improved to 2-0 without starting quarterback Sam Darnold. He could return this week, while Commmanders QB Jayden Daniels suffered a gruesome elbow injury last week and could miss significant time. Reigning Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigba has picked up right where he left off, with 277 yards and four touchdowns through the opening two weeks. After a hat-trick last week, we're tipping JSN to score yet another TD in Washington.

Dallas Cowboys vs Baltimore Ravens

The NFL heads to Brazil for the second time as the Cowboys face the Ravens in Rio de Janeiro. It should be a high-scoring affair, with two potent offenses and weak defenses. Ravens running back Derrick Henry continues to defy Father Time and has already racked up 212 rushing yards and four TDs in just two games. Dallas are allowing 173 rushing yards per game, so it could be another big night for Henry. We're backing him to find the endzone once again.
