Pershaada - Doncaster - 2.25 race odds
Victoria Night - Doncaster - 4.10 race odds
Everyoneknowsadave - Doncaster - 5.20 race odds
We kick things off on Friday with Pershaada, and I'd have to say she's got a great chance here. Hopefully her race in the Nunthorpe hasn't taken too much out of her, but with that being said, this is a perfect set-up. It's very similar to Goodwood here, it's a nice, flat track. The ground will be softer than it was at Goodwood, but the set-up is very similar. She's a worthy favourite, and if the ground doesn't take away too much of her main attribute - which is her speed - then she should be winning this.
Victorian Night ran a smashing race the first time out in defeat. She travelled very well at Sandown, and I'd put her defeat down to greenness, I think. She only lost by a short margin, but she'll come on nicely for that race. She's done very well at home and this is a small field with some very well-graded horses in the race. But the majority of them have no experience, and as we know with novices, experience is a huge plus, so I'm hopeful of a good result here.
I finish the day with Everyoneknowsadave for Jessica Macey, and this is one who has been nicely campaigned, winning two starts ago, and running really well last time out, finishing second. She's stepping up only minorly in grade, into a Class 4, but Jessica's horses are in good form, and I'd imagine this one will be competitive on a track which the yard like a lot.
