Check out our 2026 World Cup accumulator tips for day six of the tournament as France, Argentina, and Norway all get their campaigns underway.
In perhaps the most intriguing day of the World Cup so far, a number of the biggest challengers finally take to the pitch, with potential dark horses Norway, early favourites France, and reigning champions Argentina in action - and we've have had our say on each of their opening games.
Below you'll find our acca tips for day six of the World Cup, which we will be providing on a daily basis throughout the tournament.

Tournament favourites France kickstart their charge for a second World Cup triumph in three tournaments against Senegal, and in an entertaining affair, we're backing both teams to score - but France to ultimately claim all three points.
The attacking threat at Didier Deschamps' disposal is almost unfair, with the likes of Golden Boot favourite Kylian Mbappe, Golden Ball contender Michael Olise, and double Champions League winner Desire Doue just a few of the names hoping to make their mark - so goals aren't likely to be in short supply. That being said, Senegal are well equipped to threaten themselves, with the likes of Iliman Ndiaye, Ismaila Sarr, and Nicolas Jackson all capable of hurting the World Cup frontrunners.
So while we do think France's quality will be too much, we're anticipating something of a goal-fest, so we're tipping France to win & BTTS.
One of the biggest talking points in the entire World Cup group stage is sure to be the performance of Norway's main man, Erling Haaland, and we're tipping him to do what he does best on his World Cup debut with a couple of goals against Iraq.
With difficult games against France and Senegal to come, Haaland will be looking to fill his boots against Norway's weakest opponent of the summer, and he's likely to get his Golden Boot charge off to the perfect start here. The 25-year-old is already Norway's highest-ever goalscorer with 55 goals in 50 appearances, and with 16 goals in just eight games in qualifying, his international form really is frightening.
So while Iraq will do everything to stop him, we're backing Erling Haaland to run riot in Norway's Group I opener, scoring at least two goals in his first-ever World Cup outing.
Despite Argentina being priced as heavy favourites to get the better of Algeria in their Group J opener, our experts are anticipating a cagey, even contest in Missouri, with under 2.5 goals being scored.
Despite the likes of Lionel Messi and Julian Alvarez bringing attacking quality that is hard to match, we're expecting defences to have the majority of the say in this one, with both sides making a real habit of keeping clean sheet of late. Argentina have only conceded two goals since June 2025, largely thanks to Golden Glove contender Emi Martinez, and with Algeria only conceding twice since December, it's going to take a lot for either side to break their opponent down here.
So the next pick of our day six acca is for under 2.5 goals to be scored in Argentina vs Algeria, with the World Cup holders failing to reach their unstoppable levels.
Bringing a close to our World Cup acca for day six, we're simply backing Austria to beat Jordan in what should be the most straightforward match of their tournament, with Ralf Rangnick's side showing no mercy against the World Cup debutants.
The Austrians have only lost two matches since September 2024, and showed just how ruthless they can be with a 10-0 victory over San Marino in October 2025, so against a team almost 40 places below them in the world rankings, we don't expect Austria to have many problems. Jordan will be desperate to make a mark at their first-ever World Cup, but having failed to win a single game in 2026 so far, they don't arrive at the tournament with any momentum whatsoever - so we fear for them.
Ladbrokes is tipping an Austria win in this one, claiming a crucial three points in what could be a wide-open Group J.
