This pick does centre on the health of Ravens star quarterback Lamar Jackson, who's missed the last three games but has practiced in full this week. If he plays, it's hard to see this being anything but a shootout between two AFC powerhouses.
Josh Allen's Bills lead the NFL with 32.8 points per game, but their defense is allowing the 3rd-most points per game (28.5) and the 2nd-most passing yards per game (285.8). Lamar could have a field day with Zay Flowers, who already has three 100+ receiving yard games this year. However, the Ravens defense is fresh off shipping 35 second-half points to the Bengals last week. We'll take the over at 53.5 points.
Pick: Over 53.5 points
The fire sale is on in Indianapolis at 2-5, with Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner already traded away, and Josh Downs and Jonathan Taylor could soon follow. The Colts have lost 12 of 14 games dating back to last season and look set for a full rebuild.
The Jags are back home after their time in London, and fresh off a bye should have no trouble in this AFC South clash to strengthen their grip on the division. It's a fairly large spread at 8.5 points, but we're backing them to cover it.
Pick: Jaguars -8.5
Things appear to be clicking into gear for Cincinnati after consecutive wins to move them to a 4-2. In a crowded AFC North where all the teams have a winning record, it was an impressive victory in Baltimore last week.
Star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase has scored touchdowns in back-to-back weeks to take his total to five in six games. Tennesee are 1-6 and traded their best player Jeffrey Simmons to the Bears for two first-round picks. Without him to put pressure on Joe Burrow, the Bengals QB should have time to find his favourite target in the endzone once again.
Pick: Ja'Marr Chase anytime touchdown
A big AFC West clash in the late window sees the 5-2 Broncos host the 5-1 Chiefs. Denver QB Bo Nix has struggled mightily despite their record, throwing for just 181.6 yards per game. Their defense has continued to be one of the league's best, but the AFC runners-up last year are desperate for some rhythm on offense.
The Chiefs lost their first game of the year last week and also had an offensive dud, scoring just three points against the elite Seahawks defense. It could be a low-scoring game then, but KC also scored 31 points in a dominant Week 1 win at home against the Broncos.
We trust Patrick Mahomes over Bo Nix, so we're picking the Chiefs to win this one, despite Denver's excellent home record.
Pick: Chiefs money line
