Jancis – 3.35 Newmarket

I ride Jancis in the Falmouth Stakes and I don’t see why she wouldn’t take the opportunity to pick up a decent amount of prize money in a race where there’s not that many runners. She obviously has to find improvement to not only beat the filly that beat her at Ascot, Blue Bolt, but also to challenge Precise who is a very good filly. I think she ran a huge race at Royal Ascot finishing second. There is no doubt Newmarket is a track that has brought upon luck for her, but not just luck, it brings out her best attributes. She seems to be getting more straight forward as time goes on. I would be surprised if she doesn’t run into a place. She shouldn’t be that far away.
