Still awaiting their first point of the new season, Coventry City welcome Brighton to the Coventry Building Society Arena, and on what should be a full-blooded, fully-committed afternoon in the Midlands, we're predicting a penalty to be awarded.
The Sky Blues haven't even scored a goal yet, losing their only home game 1-0 to fellow relegation favourites Hull City, so they'll be giving everything to break down a breachable Brighton defence, while the Seagulls may well look to hit their hosts on the counter.
Both approaches mean we should see plenty of goalmouth action on Sunday afternoon, and under the watchful eye of referee Tony Harrington - who has given penalties in two of his last four Premier League matches - we're backing a spot-kick to be awarded here.
The biggest game of the weekend sees Man United host neighbours City in the Manchester Derby, and with referee Michael Oliver already having given one penalty in the Premier League this season, we think he could be pointing to spot again on a feisty afternoon at Old Trafford.
United won a penalty in their only previous home game in the league this term, and were awarded six last season (a tally beaten by just four clubs), so it certainly isn't rare to see Bruno Fernandes stepping up - with the Portuguese having scored 27 Premier League penalties.
Almost 40% of Manchester derbies since March 2022 have seen a penalty awarded, and with United and City both sitting in the top three teams for 'touches in the opposition box' this season, Sunday afternoon brings together two sides who always threaten - so we're tipping a penalty here too, completing our PL special.
